Oops, I was looking for Chad Hoover Fishing 101. Must have accidentally got the advanced class. As a 57 year old novice, I appreciate all of your help and advice. Long time kayaker, preparing for my first Fishing tournament in Lakeland in April. Wish me luck, and I'll keep watching. Stay safe.

Chad, it's awesome that you were able to have some quality time fishing with you son. The geese were plotting against you so that was the reason that the fish jumped off the board. Awesome video. Your son is a chip off the old block.

More info about the Catch 22 challenge, please. Your son is a cutie!
@ChadHooverFishing2 жыл бұрын
All of the information is available on the event page. I’m adding more and more details as we go, but the basic concept is that you join for $22 and catch 22 fish in your state (you can enter each state separately if you want) and for all that complete the challenge there will be a drawing for prizes on December 23rd, after the last 22nd of the year.

She does, but not as much as we want because she is the President of KBF now and focused on running the business, three kids in High School and we both travel quite a bit so aligning our schedules has been very tough.

@weaslemcgnarly47842 жыл бұрын
Oh man! That'd be so awesome! There aren't a lot of videos regarding kayak loading, I don't want to be late figuring out I packed too much on the kayak as it's sinking, ya know? Keep up the content and tight lines!
@jameseason99492 жыл бұрын
Went back to this one to watch your boat. Assume you're running a torqueedo and using the foot pedals for steering. Is that correct? In the CONFIDENCE video it looked the same. Cool way to power fish!
@hunternixonfishing25002 жыл бұрын
It’s funny to me some days I can’t catch anything on a jackhammer but I’ll wear them out on a regular chatterbait or the new mini max. Do you think bass are getting accustomed to the noise of the jackhammer and they don’t bite it like they used to? Nice video btw!
@ChadHooverFishing2 жыл бұрын
Thanks. I don’t think it’s that so much as I think it’s more of a feeding time thing. We get so much confidence in a lure like that Jackhammer that we think it will work anytime and anywhere and when it’s a bad day to power fish then we try to force it.

how do you figure out feeding times? is there an app that tells you when they are in your area. is it based off your current weather situation? that would be a neat thing to know on a daily basis.
@ChadHooverFishing2 жыл бұрын
I use vector tables for checking out the timeframe and intensity, but the Bass Forecast App has the easiest to use and most comprehensive information that I have found
