Yeah, This song rocks the essence of the partying we did in the mid 70's. We did so much crazy shit 15 to 17 years old no one would believe it. Great song and salute to our fallen brothers that were with us then.

This song, more than most others. Brings back vivid memories of getting high back in the 70's. Smoking Angel Dust, eating Mr. Natural and drinking "Ripple" and. "Thunderbird" and"MD20/20". Eating Orange Barrel and listening to the Spirits in the Night. Those were the days. So glad their not over. As long as I live. Their not over. Peace.

Just missed this one, and 70s partying, when it was released originally I was only 8, but I heard it in my twenties, it captured me, I have it on loads of times, and I remember ‘do it again’, in 1983 when I was 18, although I didn’t look into who sang it, I was more interested in how songs sounded. I think Manfred Mann were a very talented group.

X-cellent video - I really ( like MDA) love this song - Really Love the haunting forest in the middle Thank you BadWolf! But, gosh, there are so many figurative pieces of language in this song! I hope they all mean what I think they do. They might have been language only teenagers around New Jersey in 1970 spoke. Considering who wrote this song. I was in Scottsdale AZ (...or Southern Minnesota, or maybe near Omaha Nebraska - I had a weird childhood ) so I only knew the poor/white trash language of the midwest in 1970s. However, I do believe it is about some wild teenagers doing a lot of fun drugs and having some great sex. An experience, I've discovered, so good it edges on being supernaturally erotic sex. ( the best kind)> I morn any one who's experience has not included some of this experience in their life. I fear they are missing some of the most important aspects of the human condition.
