Thank you Heather. I’ve been in a depression funk for two months and have fallen off of my spiritual practice. This morning I said enough was enough, cleaned my room, meditated for the first time in months (only 5 minutes but better than 0) and went onto KZbin for some morning routine inspiration to help me get back into alignment. I can actually feel the positive energy vibrating through just by closely watching your rising routine. With the exception of your breath works and smoothies (coffee and mantra chanting+stillness and silence meditation instead for me), my rising routine is very similar. Thank you for this video. It really moved me towards the end when I realized that this is... me. This is who I really am. I haven’t been living like this though. I have no routine except unhealthy habits and I’ve been stuck in a voluntary purgatory. This video reminded me that we have a choice between truly living, and living like we are dead. I have been living like I am dead. I hope saying this won’t take away my motivation but I am truly grateful for your simple but magical video. I have a connection with a family of robins that took shelter in my garden during the spring. There was a storm and I helped keep them dry as they were between my two fences - I got up in the night and ran out to put my yoga mat over the top of the fence so they were dry. The mother I call Tula she comes to say hello every morning now. I also love willow trees and their energy signature
