Hey hey the red bags are only included with our 3 days cleanses. They get to keep them as well! Any 2 day or 1 day cleanse go in paper bags :)

Hey Lauren! Does it matter nutritionally if you use hulled (no shell) pumpkin seeds vs raw shelled seeds for making the milk? I heard the shell is good for fiber but since the process of making milk takes out certain fiber, is it necessary? I also found a much affordable and cheaper deal to buy bulk hulled seeds vs shelled seeds. Also do you recommend soaking and sprouting the seeds when making milk or think it's unnecessary (nutritionally speaking)?
