Man, having a dedicated detail guy as good as Sam is must be such a luxury. Your cars are just never dirty and you don’t even have to wash and wax and polish them yourself. The reason why the 992 is quieter than the 991 is because of the OPF, basically a DPF like a diesel, just for petrol cars. It’s been a requirement for new cars in Europe to pass emissions. But since you live in the US and there is no requirement you could technically remove the OPF and the car should gain some sound… expect in P because of the soft limiter.

@@silula21 the hardest body damage to fix is damage that someone has already tried to fix on their own lol. Instead of 1 or 2 straight pulls without needing to move the tower, this would now be like a 7 or 8 pulls from various directions just to get it to where it should be. The real issue here is they need some sort of crush zones on that DOM tubing front end or it's going to destroy the car every time. The front is made to wrinkle purposefully for crash predictability and passenger safety.

Dad was permanently disabled from an accident at work for the last 25 years of his life. I took care of him those 25 years just like he took care of me as a single father and car guy could.
