I have been to a Gurukula (residential) school on the outskirts of Bengaluru which is a Sanskrit medium school i.e. all subjects are taught in Sanskrit and everybody speaks in Sanskrit. I also have interacted with kids in Bengaluru whose mothertongue is Sanskrit
