He was/is known as "Sun Diego", but got hated because he used autotune even back in 2006, when it wasn't popular at all. In 2013 he went undercover and battled as SpongeBOZZ against other rappers in the JBB(german rap battle contest). It created a enormous hype all around Germany and people were going crazy about him and his identity. Many theories were spread around him and most people believed that it was Sun Diego(he actually was) In this song he reveals his identity and tells about his life, rap career etc. The last part of the video is a Kollegah "diss". In 2011 they produced and recorded Kollegah's album "Bossaura" together, but got in trouble with each other... Kollegahs answer to this diss is the last part of a track called "Legacy". You definitely should check it out. Nowadays they work together again and all fans are waiting and are hyped for Bossaura 2 Sun Diego is a very interesting topic and I'm only scratching the surface here You should definitely check out more of his stuff like: Sun Diego - Eierkinn Diss (diss against John Webber, who used to be a friend and of him) SpongeBOZZ - Planktonweed, ACAB(II)....

As Spongebozz, Sun Diego is absolutely super talented. When it comes to battlerap, I don't think anyone can match him. I would almost say that a battle between Spongebozz and Eminem (if both were allowed to rap in their mother tongue and the opposing texts were translated and explained) could not really be decided. Both are on the same level in every way. (I just pretend now)

U cant Compare Sunny and Em In the German Battle rap is all much more about lyrik and punchlines. Em got a good lyrik too bit its nothing spectacular in german and he Battle more with Image/atmosphere. Not with that much punchlines like sunny

​@@tentic_3932 Oh, I don`t think so. For example, just listen to the last 2 minutes of Eminem's "not alike" and read the lyrics through. These are massive punchlines, some with triple meaning - it's really heavy shit. The number of different words also plays a role here. There are many more words in german than in english, if only for the reason that in german you can simply hang words together to form new words. In german there a also more words for specific situations, which not exist in english. But what I have to say...Eminems way of raping...the rhyme positions and emphasis are insane...give a person the lyrics of an Em song plus the right beat, but don`t let him listen to the song...nearly nobody would know, how to rap that text on this beat. For that matter, Eminem is an unattainable genius. However, on a Spongebozz (or Kollegah) track, no standard german is enough to understand everything. Lots of foreign words and complicated comparisons / punchlines.

11:25 I don't know if you will read this, but behind this whole song is a huge history of the artist, which deals for example with being almost dead, because he gain a meningitis, meeting video deadlines for a well know battle channel in Germany for a long time ago, than some degenerates cut a hole in his car wheel to do something bad to him, but his wife and son was in this car as there happend a accident, and more - explicit to this shotgun-scene: other artists, which have reacted to this video, also criticized it, because they would never put their child into a rap video. I think that has something to do with the story, which Sunny explains us and wanted to show it how it is to created a certain impression for the viewers. Nearly he is the only one who can explain the real thoughts he had as he decide to put that scene into the video. Maybe he was cool with it because of the bandanna his son wears.

Quick Story of SPONGEBOZZ: 2013 was a JuliensblogBattle(famous KZbinr who hated Sun Diego for his Autotune ): But Sun Diego dressed himself as Spongebozz because he didn’t wanted to be prejudiced and he fucked the whole Tournament and his first fan box with his Debut Album(As Fanbox: CD+ Some Fanarticles{Fanboxes are very popular in Germany})sold 20.000 times. He used the costume because his old friend KOLLEGAH and he often used the „hähähähähä“ in past to do fun(nohomo). With SFTB SPONGEBOZZ showed his fans that he‘s SUN DIEGO. For many years he dropped no more music but this year he gives his Comeback

lot's of half knowledge here :( it is allowed to own guns in Germany (with license and you'd have to participate in tournaments regularly for every type of gun you own) you have to lock them up at home in special safes (guns and ammunition seperately) or maybe could store them at clubhouses you can "transport" them to clubhouses in locked up containers (guns unloaded and ammunition seperately) - it's not allowed to unlock the container on the road, even if the police is asking you - you'd have to go to the police station if necessary illegal though are war weapons (5,56mm etc), full automatic weapons, grenade launchers and so on also with some jobs (policeman, security guards for politicians) it's possible to get a license to carry guns while working

This SpongeBob is a Rapper called Sun Diego he is one of the most Talented Rapper in Germany ever. He had a collabo Album with Kollegah in which they both brought a new Style to the German HipHop Scene which really got hated to the death. But for Kollegah it was like I do not care because I have the Big Fanbase. But for Sun Diego it was like the End of His Career. Then years later we got an online Battle Tournament Called JBB by Juliensblog a hyped KZbinr at this time and the Video Battle Tournament got a Big Hype too. Then Spongebozz came in this Tournament and Destroyed everybody on his Way till to the last Battle. And next Year the Winner of the last JBB will Battle against the Winner of the Year and they Battle for the King Title so he Battled GIO with a 34min Battle Round. Which was like the Sickest Battle Video in all German History. And then this... Payback for SunDiego a Front on Kollegah. 2 Rapper which are like the most Talented of all to this time.

Guns are not illegal in germany (even tho many germans think they are), you just need an ownership card and that card requires that you give a reason you want to own guns (sports, hunting, collecting...). If you want to take your gun into the public you need another lincense aswell. There are two types of that license. The "small" one allows you to transport your gun in public in a locked safe and your ammunition also locked in another safe. Two actually carry a gun in public you need the "big" version of the license. This one is really hard to get because you again need a reason (unlike in america protecting yourself isnt a valid reason if you are not threatened) A cop once told me that only around 3 people in every major have the license to carry guns and are mostly people that fear to be attacked like high ranking prosecuters

In Germany you problably will see brands like bmw audi and Mercedes more often than in the States. You wouldn‘t see a lot of pick ups though. If you can trust Hollywood in the USA there More like american cars or cars from Asia. To be fair - your cars are way cheaper in terms of what you‘re getting for that. You can get a Mustang v8 around 500hp for ca. 50k new. For 50k you would get a VW Golf GTI and at bmw you would get a coffee and a taxi 😂😂
