The lyrics is about the german rap scene. He’s dissing the whole rap scene in germany. He was in a big hype earlier in germany around 2008 something like that, but lost a lot of his hype using autotune (called dirty sound). The rap scene was laughing at him and got dissed by a lot of rappers and stopped doing music. Then he started competing in a german Rap battle, destroying everybody in a spongebob costume, while working full time in a hard job and taking care of his child. He was in big hype, over 2-3 years and then he released this long tape of dissing the german rap scene who isn’t real and so on. And he showed that that he was at the top and started again from the bottom working himself to the top. that’s a short explanation of the lyrics and his life

Sundiego or spongebozz is one of the best if not the best "deutsch-rapper". there aint to many people who could compete with him. He brought autotune and trap to Germany but he definitely knows how to use it. He also invented a technique called Reverse-time-puncher and shares the throne of doubletime and "deutsch-rap" in general with kollegah. Them both are Lyrically and sound wise insane.

The reason why he wears a SpongeBob mask is kinda interesting too. 2012 someone called juliensblog criticized his work on his album "moneyrain soldiers" and he was hated for it. I was six at that time and even i knew it was kinda trash. Julien started a online rap tournament called the JBB(Juliens-Blog-Battle) But sunny needed something to hide his identity to enter the battles,start over and surprise everyone with his new skills. So he coped himself a SpongeBob mask from Amazon and entered the JBB-2012. 2013 he got the titel "king of kings" by killin everyone in the battle. And when one of his opponents once left the tournament, he just made 2 Disses. One against the opponents replacement and one against the guy himself. Then 2014 he won again and became "the god of battle" Then he never took part in the JBB again. The german rap god was born.

I mean if u from the street u wont dress up as that.period. and thats why i personally listened to him when i was younger and didnt understand everything around it. if hes ´´real´´ or not is not easy to answer, but i think he probably payed for mafia-backround, wich is not rare in germany. german-biker gangs or mostly arabic mafia-familys play a huge role in german rap. they kind of destroy it, if you ask me (because you cant battle most of the rappers without living in fear of getting jumped) ...So rappers will get in troubble if they dont have ´´rücken´´ wich means back in english, and stands for back up on the street. And if they dont have enough own ´´back´´ they will maybe get contacted or even threatened by a gang/family, to sign a deal. Sun diego (spongebozz) is a really talented rapper with insane lyrics and flow, but he got hated so hard back in the days that his only possibility to make sales again was to cover up his identity and participate in the biggest online battle competition in german battle rap. he destroyed everyone there and got fame again and is now trying to establish his old ego again. What you can say is, that he has a lot of street-personalitys from big influencial familys in his circle. thats why i think he signed a deal, but it looks like a good one, in wich you work together with the family and eventually become something like ´´business partners´´ instead of being threatened to work for them and do what they say. edit: he stil came from nothing and has some street/drug experience and even his father sat in jail, but hes most likely not as dangerous as he acts
