i get panic/anxiety attacks too and guided meditation helps me so much, it gives something to focus on while you try to relax yourself :)

I woke up at 4 in the morning with my brain in motion with all I had planned. This recording allowed me to stay inposition for 45 minutes. it was a gorgeous feeling.

A question for you: is there somewhere online that I can find and download the background sound (not exactly music) that accompanies the portion just after you say, "keep still and rest"? I find it has a wonderfully relaxing effect on me.

Hi Alison! I'm so sorry, for some reason I can't find that song in my list! I do have a tip for you. Go to the KZbin audio library that has free music for download. This is where I get the songs for my videos. You can search for calm music and you will find a lot of relaxing tracks. Hope that helps. :)

Omg you are awesome was looking for shavasana guidance this is very apt for me how I used to do in India thanks a lot.🙏 if you change the music it would be nice it is little noisy and not pleasant during resting just a suggestion.

I super love this as I kinda find savasana unbearable, but with this one, the minutes just fly by. I now play it after Yogi Nora's yin yoga. Maris, pwede maglambing ng yin yoga sequence? :)

I found the background music very distracting, I usually do not need music to perform shavasana. Your soothing voice is actually good enough. I'm sure to be in a minority, so you can ignore this.

Ms. Eva Grzbowski, at the beginning of your instructions you mentioned, in essence, that during savasana one should observe the natural breathing process, to give up any breathing control, to not apply pranayama. The lady here wasn’t practicing savasana at all. She was volitionally breathing her entire “savasana” time, gently filling lung. The mechanism of natural breathing is such that puraka (inhalation) is relatively fast, and most of the time is spent as a dead body, with little air in the lungs, a corpse. It is during that corpse time that we observe the systole, the beat of the heart, pounding on our entire body. As awkward as the corpse metaphor may be, this is where savasana comes alive. With all due respect, why didn’t you correct her?

I'm really confused now As an Indian I think we say Namaste at the first as a greeting ( in english it is hello) I am seeing this everywhere , they are saying namaste at the last.. so i'm really confused . Am I doing it wrong or they?
