Let's take a few minutes to be still and rest deeply. Y'all have heard me talk about how beneficial Rest can be for the body... well, Restorative Yoga is a way for the body to rest deeply and to reset. I find Restorative Yoga much more effective than a nap at not only helping me rest, but in feeling more alert and sharp after having laid down for a few minutes. Go on give it a try. Oh, and we can use it most when we feel we don't have the time. Make the time and I bet you won't regret it.
