*biker with neon shirt walks by Horse: now that’s the scariest f*cking sh*t I have ever seen in my entire life

But that's not what spooked the horse though, he was already agitated plus horses don't even see colors like we do and they don't care about bikes thanks to their training.
@astriddevries3008

@@shizukagozen777 they see green and blue the best. That was a very bright green. My own horses also freak out from neon colours, even when they're in a field with a cyclist passing. Yes it was a bit agitated and this just tipped it over. Training or not they are individuals with emotions just like us and their gut instinct is to run for safety. Well handled by guard.
@shizukagozen777
@shizukagozen777 3 ай бұрын
@@astriddevries3008 That's not how it works, the horse would only see an olive color, no neon for him, plus as I already said, the horse was already agitated and it's a trained horse that is desensitized to bikes, cars, etc. Plus the man with the bike seems to be working there because I always see him. If I see him, the horses see him too. There could be many unknown reasons why the horse was spooked and you all point at the man because it's the easiest explanation but I'm pretty sure this is not because of that. Horses spook for literally anything.
@astriddevries3008
@astriddevries3008 3 ай бұрын
@@shizukagozen777 you just explained it yourself. Man works there. Horse knows man is coming and doesnt like neon, the man OR bikes. Hence starts getting nervous and then spooks. Horse see more then 'olive'. There has been research on that. It takes only one negative experience for a horse to respond like that. As the guard handled it well it might go better next time. Anyway enough speculation on what seems obvious. Enjoy further research into horse behaviour.

Is it really ok to spread wrong information? They stand there for an hour and then they get to do normal horse stuff. That's totally ok for a horse.

It doesn't want to be in that smelly hole all day, what a sad life these horses lead when do they ever see green grass or gallop across sand at beach or swim in the sea, im glad im not a horse owned by the royals😂

It's in that "smelly hole" for an hour, then rotated out. You must have seen the videos of the changes. The soldier that came out on the sidewalk right at the end of this video was about to lead that change. Those horses are exercised and trained daily in Hyde Park, and get vacations away from the city just as humans do. There are very well kept horses. Nothing sad about them.

Gives an idea of how much presence and power mounted cavalry would have from a foot soldier’s perspective. That’s a strong animal.

Congratulations to the crowd for moving back.when asked. It could have been a little bit of a situation if the horse had decided to kick out. And to be fair to the public that don't know horses.well done. For having your ears on 👏👏👏👏

These horses will easily stand w/o being tethered for an hour just to be groomed. They're well-cared for and rotated frequently. When that horse started shuffling, that was his or her signal to the humans to back off.

As someone who has played Red Dead Redemption 2 for years, my only criticism would be that he didn't say, "Whoooa boy. Easy there boy." and then feed the horse an oatcake. Other than that, he did great.

As my sister used to describe them, really big three-year-olds with bad tempers. The horses, not the guards.

Nah! mor like big dogs who are loyal and will give their all. Bad tempers happen because of bad people. Rarely is a horse born bad.

1:39 the horse is clearly still scared and he does the “BeSt” thing possible… BACKS A PANICKED HORSE UP INTO A CLOSED SPACE IF HE WAS TO SPOOK OR PANIC IN THERE THAT COULD END TERRIBLY 😢

Poor horse. He's a good horse and the rider is obviously quite skilled. The horse did a great job despite being spooked
