This video has been needed for so long, so thanks for putting it out there! I learned all of this the hard way but I'm stubborn and wanted e85 without calculating how much e85 and non ethanol 91 to pump in at the gas station, I got tired of doing that in 2013 lol If you somehow still have issues after all of this, that spill valve disassembles more. You just pry up on the smaller part with a flat head wrapped in a towel and just alternate sides so it comes out evenly. All of my spill valve sticks are underneath that part with build up preventing the pin or whatever that's called from moving up and down, but it looks like mini hpfp internals with a spring and a C shaped retainer inside when its taken apart more.

I'm looking at building a Mazda B2000 as a project my question for you is what you think would be more cost effective building the factory motor with a turbo or doing a K24A2 Honda swap keeping in mind that I'm looking for around 550 HP. I know that you are a Mazda man so I think you will be able to give me a good idea of what it would cost to build the factory motor and what it would be capable of plus the cost to make the power I want. I know that the K24A2 Honda motor will deliver the power I want without a turbo with just springs and retainers but I'm still researching the cost of swapping it into a B2000

Content as good as always, i plan on taking apart my hpfp to clean. Any chance a dirty hpfp would cause a low idle fuel pressure and jumpy fuel pressure? I think I’m traced it to the spill valve, but thought I’d ask.
