My solution is to give the addicts two choices: Go to a long term rehab facility for six months, to begin with or go to jail for six months. Of course this won't happen because homelessness is a huge industry. The dancing girl puts herself at risk of a horrible infection. Insane

Nowadays street homeless are fentanyl addicts, and street encampments are open air drugs markets brewing all sorts of crime. They are not trying to better themselves. If they can afford, they smoke fentanyl up to 100 times a day literally. Fentanyl destroy humans mentally and physically beyond the point of repair very quickly. Fentanyl addicts gradually destroy everything around themselves. Where i live, they break into unoccupied houses and pull wall wires out just to sell for fentanyl pill.

If it's about sharing the sidewalk a tent covering the whole sidewalk or touching any part of the street should be fair game for these sanitation workers to remove. Hell, they're more like saints having to deal with the purpose driven stink compiled by the careless persons. And why do we allow a seemingly endless denigration of our character by these careless homeless variants? I have slept in a tent on smallish rocks in the wilderness and it is not like this at all. If the City wants to put homeless people up on paved surfaces by using some obscure legal precedent then the City should create a parking lot for the homeless and direct them all to stay there permanently.

That's for sure, the city of Los Angles added a sales tax to pay for homeless care, LA spends $2.3 Billion a year on the homeless and they actually found housing for 42 homeless people (they only have 90,000 homeless people to go) . And each Homeless Outreach Worker makes $105,000 a year plus free city car use, free smart phone and free healthcare. They each talk to 1 to 4 homeless people day. They had a program to distribute meals to homeless but the local news did an undercover story and videoed the Outreach workers throwing the homeless meals in the trash and joy riding around in their city SUVs all day until quitting time.

DO YOU KNOW WHY WE ARE LOSING THE WAR ON DRUGS IN AMERICA? There this hostess bar in San Francisco Chinatown that own by the Chinese call MAJESTIC. That place is not a hostess bar but more like a TRAP HOUSE! And what is a TRAP HOUSE? It a place where you walked in there as a normal person but come out as a DRUG ADDICT! Let me tell you what happens at this hostess bar so you and your family don't fall for this TRAP. When we first got there at MAJESTIC, our driver Johnny drop us off and he went and park the car, we are in San Francisco Chinatown. When we walk inside MAJESTIC the guy that I was with say let Johnny to talked to the manager. When Johnny got inside MAJESTIC he would of TALKED IN SOME KIND OF SLANG WHERE ONLY HIM AND THE MANAGER WOULD UNDERSTAND! The manager sent us to a room kind of like a karaoke room. Three girls came in and sit with us because there was three of us and we are at a hostess bar. The girls don't understand english so every time we talk to them, we got to talk to there phone so it would translate to there language. So I know they are some illegal immigrants from China. Ten minutes later Johnny ask the girls "CAN I GET SOME COCAINE?" The girl say " THE MOMMA GOT SOME." And left the room and came back with some COCAINE. LOL the girls don't understand english but they do understand "CAN I GET SOME COCAINE." Johnny and the guy that went with us started snorting the COCAINE. One of the girls say "YOU SNORT COCAINE." IT BETTER IF YOU SMOKE IT. SO SHE PUT THE COCAINE IN THE CIGARETTE AND STARTED SMOKING IT. RIGHT WHEN I SAW THAT I TOOK OF MY JACKET AND COVER MY NOSE AND MOUTH RIGHT AWAY! WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT BREATHE IN THAT CRACK COCAINE SMOKE.(WHEN YOU SMOKE COCAINE IT CALL FREE-BASE) THAT SECONDHAND CRACK COCAINE SMOKE CAN AND WILL GET YOU ADDICTED!! THAT IS WHY ALL THE VIETNAMESE ON DRUGS CRACK COCAINE AND NOW METH. THAT SECOND HAND CRACK COCAINE SMOKE IS SO DANGEROUS, THEY JUST WANT YOU TO SMELL IT! YOU SMELL IT THE FIRST TIME IT MIGHT NOT GET YOU ADDICTED BUT THE SECOND OR THIRD TIME YOU SMELL IT PROBABLY WILL GET YOU ADDICTED OR GET YOU INTO TRY AND SMOKE IT! THAT'S WHY SO MANY PEOPLE HOOKED ON CRACK COCAINE IT BECAUSE OF THE SECONDHAND SMOKE. THAT WHY WHEN YOU COOK CRACK COCAINE THAT SECONDHAND SMOKE AND SMELL CAN AND WILL GET YOU ADDICTED. AND I KNOW THIS HAPPENS TO A LOT OF THE VIETNAMESE ALREADY BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT THEY TRY TO DO TO ME. THEY WOULD OF SLIP A PILL IN YOUR DRINK WHEN YOU DON'T NOTICE THAT WOULD PUT YOU TO SLEEP! YOU FALL ASLEEP IN THAT MAJESTIC PLACE AND THEY START SMOKING THAT COCAINE YOU WILL COME OUT OF THAT MAJESTIC PLACE AS A CRACK COCAINE ADDICT! THAT PLACE MAJESTIC HAVE GOTTEN SO MANY AMERICANS HOOKED ON CRACK COCAINE AND IT NOT JUST THE VIETNAMESE. THAT PLACE MAJESTIC PLACE IS LEGENDARY ALL THE VIETNAMESE KNOWS ABOUT THAT PLACE. I HEARD ABOUT THAT MAJESTIC PLACE IN THE EARLY 80'S WHEN I WAS JUST A KID! THAT PLACE MAJESTIC HAVE GOTTEN SO MANY AMERICANS HOOKED ON CRACK COCAINE ESPECIALLY THE VIETNAMESE! So don't let you and your family fall for this TRAP because where ever they have one place like this in America THEN THERE ARE MANY MORE PLACES LIKE THIS MAJESTIC IN AMERICA!! there are alot of hiv infected drug addicts and more hobos who break glas blottles on the ground, then there is that young gal who apparently light headed dances around and speaks to people, one false step and she will cut the skin on those glas shards and infect herself with hiv. of course i am exagerating etc. and then it happens. that place is the least on earth i would want to walk barefoot on, beside kensington and other drug consumers dwelling places. 1:41 "i get into my friends car", her friends car then -> 1:58 . she appeard mentally & physically to healthy to me from the beginning to be homeless or drug addict. those ripped clothes she wears dont appear like ripped from wear-out but by design, those are i guess expensive designed clothes she wears, a rich young woman who for some reason minds the homeless people. she appeard odd and nerving with her dance around and bothering those people who work there but nevetheless that's the interesting part of the video i think, it makes the scene there more immersive, more real, almost like beeing involved there, and maybe that was her intention when the camera was there, she wanted the world to see on the internet. well young lady, that is something you have had success in here as i write, if that was your intention, if not only talking to these people there to maybe not throw the homeless peoples belongings away in that "cleaning". those cleanings cost a city millions each year, instead they could build appartments with that money for the homeless, so there would be no more homeless and no further cost for those homeless encampent cleanings. i think that is wanted that these people stay homeless and then die on the streets, odd politics by an odd government, contrary to nation and contrary to ratio.

My city has a nice building for them to wash, sleep and eat this is my tax dollars at work! @@xxbambamxx7261 why give my place away that I worked hard for when I'm surely going to want to live in it? I have allowed others to stay there before though, and I've had them steal from me and use drugs in the bathroom to the point of finding their used needles. Also, I didn't live like a homeless person I had a tent with organized possessions and I took care of my waste and litter. I intend to give my house to family members when I die and I intend to have a responsible person live there when I return to nature when I'm able, which was a great experience even though it was not always comfortable. See, I stopped working in order to live out doors I didn't live outdoors to avoid a job. Why don't you get a job and pay for your own place? Oh, not homeless? DO YOU KNOW WHY WE ARE LOSING THE WAR ON DRUGS IN AMERICA? There this strip club here in Las Vegas, Nevada that is not a strip club but more like a TRAP HOUSE! And what is a TRAP HOUSE it a place where you walked in there as a normal person but come out as a DRUG ADDICT! Let me tell you what happens at this strip club so you and your family don't fall for this TRAP. Most of the strip club close to the Las Vegas strip are good, there nothing wrong with those but there this one strip club just a bit outside the Las Vegas strip. THAT PLACE IS A TRAP HOUSE! Right when we got to the strip club, I felt something was a little bit of. They only have one other table that have customer. EVERY TIME THE STRIPPER WALKED BY OUR TABLE EVERYONE IS HIGH AS HELL! THE STRIPPER WAS WALKING BY OUR TABLE AND AT THE SAME TIME RELEASING SOME KIND ON DRUGS IN THE AIR!! THE DRUG IS AIRBORNE!! RIGHT WHEN I SAW THAT I TOOK OF MY JACKET AND COVER MY NOSE AND MOUTH RIGHT AWAY. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT BREATHE IN THAT AIR!!! Sang Ho the person that came with us see me covering my nose and mouth with my jacket, all night would ask me if I want a lap dance from one of the stripper. I say "HELL NO" BECAUSE I KNOW STRIPPER WOULD GIVE ME A LAP DANCE AND RUB SOME KIND OF DRUG ON ME. Security see me covering my nose and mouth with my jacket and refusing all the lap dance from the stripper, started surrounding me. Evey five minutes I got to get up and change seats because I did not want security to grab me from behind. I know they can't do anything to me at that strip club because it was MY OWN COUSIN THAT LURE ME THERE! But that how it is in the Vietnamese Community, they go around PRETEND TO BE YOUR FRIEND, PRETEND TO BE YOUR COUSIN BUT THEN LURE YOU AND TRY TO GET YOU ADDICTED ON DRUGS. AND IT NOT JUST THE ASIAN COMMUNITY THAT LURE YOU AND GET YOU ADDICTED ON DRUGS BUT ALL RACE!! So don't let you and your family fall for this TRAP BECAUSE WHERE EVER THEY HAVE ONE STRIP CLUB LIKE THIS IN AMERICA, THEN THERE ARE MANY MORE OUT THERE!
