I’ve finally found people like me!!! ❤️ Love the messages you provided here ❤️ I am a manipulator magnet for some reason. I’ve taken notes today, and have done some work on this for many years.

Divorced a narc in a very abusive legal battle from 2008-2015. It’s taken me many years to heal and grow.

Narcissistic abuse is the most difficult to heal from! I know this. 😢 I feel you.

Thank-you, Vanessa. Whenever I've encountered manipulative people in my life, I always wondered - are they actually aware that their behaviour is manipulative, or is it a default, something they learned in their own journey perhaps as a child? The 2 people I'm thinking of who were in my life, I feel both had underlying psychological disorders. One, an older sister, had borderline personality disorder. In her case, the manipulation was definitely always planned. The other, I was never sure.

My pleasure! And I absolutely agree with you. It can be a learned behaviour stemming from soooo many things! One main thing being ones fear of abandonment and rejection. And definitely people with personality disorders can possess manipulative traits. So for us, we need to protect ourselves and our energy and have boundaries so we don’t abandon our own selves. Thank you as always sharing your wisdom here. Your wisdom is VERY appreciated and respected. 🤍

I am so grateful for this invaluable information. I was recently able to remove myself from an awful situation. Everything that happened was described in this video. I'm glad I trusted my intuition, but it was a struggle to stay the course. This person was so nice at first, then turned extremely nasty when I refused to do what she wanted. It's interesting how fast her colours changed. The toxicity stayed with me for a week. Time distance makes a remarkable difference.

Sounds like narcissistic behaviour to me! And you saw her mask slip when she didn’t get what she wanted. Better sooner than later! It’s extremely difficult to deal with manipulative people. As you know. Stay far far away my friend. ❤️
