Is it true that I can open the forms from my profile, and if yes, how or where on my profile. I have 3 kids ( 10, 7 & 2) which forms? Am I to fill forms for each of them as well as LOE or SOP? Hi Nora, Excellent Video and thanks for sharing. Quite helpful to those of us who are in line to submit applications for SOWP. Just to confirm the following: 1. When is the ideal time to apply for SOWP? A consultant mentioned at least 6 months of her stay in Canada. Is this correct? 2. How many months of my bank statement do I require when submitting my application - 4 or 6 months minimum 3. Even though we have a jointly incorporated company, most of my funds come from my private runs, which have evidence (contracts and approved invoices) that correspond with the payments. 4. She is in a shared apartment (a 2-bed flat) for her lease. According to her landlady, she only issues one agreement and it's in the name of the first occupant. But she pays rent directly to her from her bank account. What would you advise in the kind of scenario? Thanks

Hi Victor, Thanks for the nice feedback. 1) SOWP can be submitted ANYTIME, inasmuch you have all the required documents and how emotional your Supporting letter is, but most people do prefer to complete first semester, so they can upload the transcript as part of their supporting document. 2. 6months minimum. 3. You can upload only your bank account as POF and only the CAC reg. documents. During mine, we didn't upload any of our company's financial doc and the POF was only in my wife's savings Acct. 4. For this, she can mention it in her invitation letter, then explain further how both of you would rent your own place with a financial breakdown. Best of luck!

I wanted to ask a question, did you create a doc file with the table of contents as displayed in videos and attached all the docs in the same file prior to uploading? Cause normally under passport section / Client info section we are upload a simple pasport pdf.

Thanks for the nice feedback. Yes! I created table of contents and attached all the documents as seen in the video to those sections. You can attach more than just passport in International Passport section. You can attach your previous travel passport stamps, old passport etc. But make sure you create table of content so Visa Officer can identify each documents.

Is it possible for me to come in as open work permit holder and which my family are still in Nigeria here? ( *wife and children*) Cuz my agent told me that the work permit they are doing for me is open work permit not close. Is it in anyway an Employer gives work permit sponsorship without closing it. No! If any company is bring you from abroad, you'll be getting closed work permit, means you can only work for that employer. Beware of fake agents!

They were not important as she wasn't the main applicant, she is only a dependant. We only uploaded what the Visa Officer's want to see and not all we have.

Police Clearance Certificate is only valid for 3months. You can decide to do a new one or ignore submitting it atall. As you can see, it's not part of the documents we submitted and we were approved. Best of luck!
