I love how the judge feels she could lecture adults on their business and how they should or shouldn’t act. I realize they come on the show for that, but adults of that age can only be changed by God.
@marymargaretblumhorst53593 жыл бұрын
Not if they have been taught to respect age and position. Of course God is all w need help if a spiritual change is what we are looking for, but respecting your elders for their life’s experience, education, and willingness to share, makes life so much nicer . many areas of life it is very neccessary

And God uses people.
@dthomason1193 жыл бұрын
@@marymargaretblumhorst5359 I must disagree with your premise of respecting your elders. Although I respect everyone, that is not always reciprocated even from the elders. Adults shouldn’t be lectured by anyone for their non-criminal behavior. That’s just my humble opinion.
@876me73 жыл бұрын
They didn’t come on the show to be lectured about their personal lives. The vast majority of the info that is provided by the litigants on this show would never come out in actual court because it is irrelevant to the actual case: they come to get their claims adjudicated, not to get a therapy session from Milan.

Wait. What evidence did the Judge use to confirm a security deposit?
@tiffanyrhodes99443 жыл бұрын
Exactly my thoughts. She didn't have any proof of paying it. The judge was wrong , the plantiff wasn't able to prove her case yet the judge still decided in her favor.

She caught her in a few lies. If I am not mistaken in small claims, judges can use your character to make decisions about the case.

Whether she did or not, unfortunately not relevant to the case. No more than a principal can conduct for two kids having a fight over a situation that happened at the church (for example). All he can focus on is what happened at school.
