No kidding! And a law suit for 1.6M for getting your bumper clipped? This guy is the reason insurance rates are so high, trying to milk insurance companies for everything that has gone wrong or will go wrong in their entire life over a fender bender. I was in an accident that totaled my vehicle, I was run into a tunnel wall 4 times by a guy who lost control of his car and then fled the scene. I had provable bodily damage to myself as well as my vehicle being totaled. The insurance company paid out on my "un-insured motor vehicle" policy to the tune of 45K and paid off my vehicle. It never occured to me to sue someone for 1.6M! I would not have been able to keep a straight face even with a totally smashed brand new vehicle - I considered myself very lucky all the way around. And that truck of his - isn't worth 19K on it's best day.

She had a face lift, and she has treatments (facials, peels, Botox, etc). Otherwise, she’d look like any other middle aged white woman.

Everything else aside, as a Canadian, every time I hear about these high cost hospital bills on American shows, it truly shocks me. It's weird to imagine paying out of pocket for something like medical care.
@KA-ey9sc3 жыл бұрын
What’s weirder is: in America, the eyes and teeth do not count as body parts. Separate insurance payments every two weeks for body, eyes, and teeth.
