I hit the gym this morning for an hour to hit upper body, then hiked 2 hours along the coast at Torrey Pines State Natural Reserve in San Diego, California. So I got my cardio and my vitamin D intake. It was a gorgeous day. Now I’m winding down with Sam and y’all. Love being a part of this community.

Sam, I watch you every single day. The reason why I love you is because of the passion you have for bodybuilding, it’s not only about bodybuilding. People can watch you and apply the same kind of passion that you have for body building to anything they love. I have a very similar mindset to you and that’s why you motivate me every day. One thing is a lot of your videos you speak to beginners and newbies . Would you be able to also speak to people that are more advanced and give tips. I know you do sometimes, buts not as much as beginners lol. I have been lifting for about 2 1/2 years, and I just want to keep growing and eventually compete. Appreciate you brother

Started walking backwards on a incline Weighing in under 200 now, started around 250 13 months ago. I’ll keep dieting until about October and I’ll try my first bulk then, cuz I can be more dedicated to gym in winter I’m very much enjoying learning and looking forward to my first bulk Thanks for sharing the insights You have helped many see progress If you or anyone wants to try a new song in the rotation. My cheat meal, 3 cups of Frosted Flakes with a cup of 33% whipping cream. I do this once in a blue moon, last time was 3 years ago. You are right regarding what you consider cheat or not cheat food. Dieting doesn’t exist, a lifestyle of eating quality foods with good macros is the key. Your body will tell you what you need, just police it properly and enjoy your efforts and triumphs. You can leave the gym exhausted and eat a cheeseburger or 2, just don’t slip down the path of every day. Keep it up Sam. Cheers

cardio started clicking for me when i started biking outdoors. downloaded Strava, tracking my rides/pace. getting notified when you beat your previous 5k, 10k, 20k etc times. there are even routes you can do and you'll place on the strava leaderboards for that route and see how you compare to other people who've ridden it. for me it's the perfect time to listen to music and just be in the moment.

Yes, egg whites can be fully digested, but their digestibility depends on whether they are cooked or raw. When egg whites are cooked, the proteins denature, making them easier for your body to digest and absorb. Cooking egg whites significantly improves their digestibility, allowing your body to break down the proteins efficiently. On the other hand, raw egg whites contain a protein called avidin, which can bind to biotin (a B-vitamin) and prevent its absorption. Additionally, raw egg whites are less digestible due to their natural structure. So while egg whites can still be digested in their raw form, they are much more efficiently digested when cooked.

Dance Gavin Dance is a top 5 band for me for sure! Mothership and Artificial Selection are masterpieces. The early days with Jonny Craig were dope as well! Check out Wolf & Bear, they are also from Sacramento and are noticeably heavily influenced by DGD. That's not a bad thing though. Their album "Bloodletter" was my favorite album of the year! Its ridiculous how some good music really gets that pump ready. Love the videos, keep it up!
