@unohoncho7727 100% the gear. I use a small amount of testosterone and my face looks sun burnt sometimes when I'm lifting. Can't imagine what Sam is taking though he needs to be careful because I can guarantee you he doesn't get blood work regularly

@frankenfaq4706 - I only take a light dose of 200mg of test/e a week and 20mg of dbol daily and that alone is enough to make my face red. Weight loss helps to drive the blood pressure down but Sam can't get any more cut than he is so in his case it's all the mass he's carrying as well as the gear

Hi Sam, for hamstrings you can put a plate like you do for squats but to raise your toes, pre stretching your hamstrings so you don't have to go that low minimizing activation of the glutes and lower back ;)

I have been trying to follow along with the lifts in different videos. Trying to change up my normal routine since it felt like I plateaued. Have been lifting four a little over five years , and can keep up with most of the reps.But damn trynna to match legs with Sam is difficult. Definitely recommend following a lift with a matching video. Have been getting great pumps. Keep up the great work Sam. Look forward to every video

Hey Sam, Adductor muscles are surprisingly big compared to your other leg muscles. They do account for a significant amount of mass, but mostly around your upper thigh/pelvic area. I would highly suggest working them hard and often since you bias leg extensions for your quad volume instead of pressing movements, as they get worked far more during exercises such as squats and leg presses

Sam says he doesn’t like when RDLs use lower back too much, I understand this from a bodybuilder perspective. I want to ask if someone was doing powerlifting style training, wouldn’t this be a good thing? Lower back (spinal erectors, internal obliques, and all that) are used pretty heavily in deadlifts and squats. Any powerlifters or anyone with insight in these comments?
