Spring Fling Speed Festival 2022

Roy invited me out to this Mopar/Shelby event. I pulled the 335 out of retirement to run at this event. Very few cars, lots of track time with only two groups.

Hey what type of oil do u recommend for the 335i and how often do u change it I’m going ST btw I don’t wanna spin anything or ruin the engine thoughts I’m gonna be ripping it on the track

Again, I'm no expert on oils. I go with a BMW Longlife-01 spec oil per factory recommendations. Generally it is recommended to run a thicker viscosity oil when tracking your car. I use Liqui Moly Molygen 5W-40. I'd like to change the oil after about 6 months if I track the car 3 or 4 times in that period.
