gorgeous setup. I'm so intrigued by hydroponics - planning to set up something to have fresh greens all year round. Where do you guys get those long tube pipes with the holes cut out?

Hello from norther California I'm starting a hydroponic greenhouse just like your the greenhouse and we got a hydroponics system on the way from crop King be here in April . One question at what tempeture do you try to maintain in the your poly tunnel during winter and summer ? And do you have to heat your nutrient water during the winter and or a water chiller in the summer to maintain your nutrient tank ? Thank you for your time and patience I love your videos it gave me the courage to start our farm

Hello, Looking to start a hydroponic system like yours wondering where you get your troughs from? Your produce looks great. I currently grow cucumbers and tomatoes with the same exact fertilizers that you use in your system.

Where do you get the troughs? Or are those gutters How does it drain and recirculating?

Hi! I love your videos! Hoping to start a similar style hydroponic greenhouse in Massachusetts. I was wondering what size your greenhouse is and how many troughs you can fit in it? Trying to decide what size will be enough but not too much for our operation. Thank you so much for any response!

Thanks for the video, great help. What do you use for a root conditioner to help the roots establish? Do you only use the root conditioner once or is it done periodically? Appreciate all the information.

Great videios... iam John in Georgia...I would like to know which plants you can harvest multiple times...just starting out...my wife , Pam says Hi....thanks God Bless
Good day. Excellent work your are doing in your hydroponics system. I am more personally an expert in hydroponics strawberry and raspberry, and wishes to add kale to my list of production. Is there a possibility to have a bit more details on your kale production? Thank you Note: Spinach needs different ph to grow than lettuce. A friend of mine tried, failed first, then planted spinach in different solution with RO filtered water,and succeeded.
@Growwiththelaplantes6 жыл бұрын
+Rodolph Farah Good morning, thank you for watching. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have in regards to growing kale in the system, ask away ! I would also like to thank you for the tip on growing spinach, we will have to give it a try.

How hard was it to get started with your CSA? I am currently only doing farmers markets but I have had a few folks ask about it? I will try to remember to give you a shout out on one of my upcoming videos. More people need to see this operation! Love the accent, is it Minnesota? lol Chuck

@TheOntarioGardener6 жыл бұрын
Spring Hill Farms last year only 12, and this year I want to try for 30-40. I only have 12' wide hoop houses so it is a bit tight. I built them by hand bending the pipe and such, a few years ago before any thought of hydroponics. But I make due :) Still learning.

Growing hydroponics the way you do, is it or can it be classified organic? If not, why? We would love to grow the way you are but have to be organic. Thanks.
@Growwiththelaplantes6 жыл бұрын
+Miguel S We aren't classified organic but we are herbicide and Pesticide free. we were told that we couldn't register organic here in Ontario. You could contact an organic group in your area and they should have any information you need.

@Growwiththelaplantes6 жыл бұрын
+Quinton Woronchak Yes, we shut the system down and restart when full. It takes about an hour. We just use regular water, we have excellent spring water here.
