Back to comment again..... I just did my daily round of SPTs with this on. I think it would make for an awesome regular video

Tabata timer apps are great for this type of exercise. You can set a timer for work and rest periods and number of cycles and it does all the counting for you. I do 15 cycles starting with 20 seconds work and 40 seconds rest then gradually increase the work rest ratio as I get stronger. This is handy as it’s a 60 second cycle so works out at 15 minutes of training In total!

Great video to follow along with every night. Haven't had a chance to go to my local outdoor range so this video was a godsend. Keep grinding brothers.

Love your work man, great to see you getting back to it, it's great motivation! Archery is a big part of my mental health and wellbeing, and adding training to non shooting days is now equally satisfying as well as improving my form, stamina and scores. 🙏

Very helpful. You really have a great ability to teach. At 68 I lose my strength very quickly and I am anxious to use these techniques to maintain my strength when I am unable to shoot.

Valid points. When I used to coach I was often asked what best way to condition for archery and I always said with your bow. Once had a beginner buy a 50# bow and despite him being a strong looking chap he struggled as you might expect. I shot the bow with relative ease and explained it all about technique and conditioning the right muscles. One of my clubs was asked to pose for a photo, we had to hold full draw for 30 seconds...we all struggled. Makes you realize how much training we need

It's really interesting for me to see your structuring of the training. Like, you spend a lot more time on the strength component than the other things. I, on the other hand, spend quite a bit more time on the stamina component. I ought to try to spend more time on the strength to see if that solves some of my problems. This is interesting, really.

Great timing with this video! I've just started using resistance bands to practice my form, back tension and release in the past week as winter has reared its ugly head. I haven't been shooting in weeks now, and as I tried to follow along, I realized how unconditioned I am, lol! Thank you from the great white north!!

Yes. I decided to purge the channel of irrelevant content. There are already better WT videos on the more "popular" realistic mode.

Just chatting SPT videos could be a new series for the channel. Just talking about random things while training.

My only archery question: (A legit question) is... is it possible to have Olympic like accuracy with only using traditional equipment. No sights, no stabilizers, no clicker, no sling. I tried with thumb release with 70 meters. I did hit gold but I could not do it consistently enough to win any medal. Im sure they are many better then me.

Hey NUsensei I’ve recently not been able to hold my draw as long as I used too and I want to know if it’s target panic or a lack of energy or something else
