Due to your videos I have corrected many things in my training, the other day while doing a series of squats I noticed a pain inside my right knee, thinking about the cause and while walking in the backsquat with the load I noticed that I had a lot more load on my left leg. than on the right, noticing that I started to correct and the pain passed

Do you have any shoe recommendation for uneven leg lengths, including for lifts like deadlift and squat? I have a heel lift from my chiropractor and have yet to invested in specific weightlifting shoes.

Is it true that some of your clients to progress in strength for two years cause you’re scared they’ll get injured ?! And a 500ibs squat with no hip shift is impressive than 600 with slight ?!
