Get into healthy weight levels for my height... Not gonna happen in 2025 but I have to start so it can be achieved in 2026/2027... I am really dreading this but I want to have a fulfilling life and at this point, my weight is a fast track to health issues and early death... I will have to split it into a long list of goals of losing 5kg/11lb at a time or something like this. So big goal for 2025 is lose 30kg/65lb

Becoming an interior designer, starting my own business. You have inspired me to not only help myself declutter, but as a designer I will also help clients declutter. I guess I’ll be a minimalist designer. I love color and decor but I’m not a maximalist like I used to be.

I am 77, and have been watching your videos since the beginning. I do a reset every year. You taught me about vision boards, and this will be the third year I am making one. Amazingly, it keeps me on track, and reminds me of my goals. It also gives me an opportunity to reflect on my accomplishments and what I want to do next. Humorously, I think of it as who I want to be when I grow up! You have given me the confidence to move on from being a single working mom whose children have grown and left the nest, to becoming the person that I always wanted to be. Today I am an artist, I show my work and sell my work. At one time I just felt I was not good enough, now, thanks to you, I practice drawing and painting, watch KZbin tutorials everyday and have really become confident. Now, is the time, once again to evaluate and reset my goals for next year. Thank you. Merry Christmas to you and your family. 🎄👍

60, yes, I have had 2 major surgeries this year. One on my right foot (Achilles tendon rupture/tendon transfer) non-weight bearing for 12 weeks in May that I'm still not over. The other was a left knee replacement Sept. 27th. I have no stamina and can't do any of my normal day to day activities!

I need this and I’m 77. Especially in the winter months. It was a huge challenge for me when I first retired in 2014 because without the work routine the time I had to get things done became huge and everything became I can do it tomorrow. Needless to say I got pretty lazy. Now I do try to stick to a routine and use a to do list I love to cross stuff off so my list tends to be my normal routine things. (Make the bed) with a few frogs to eat thrown in. Love the idea of resets

Reset - yes, I'm 58 and reset often. I go back to the idea that women are socialized to focus on the needs of others which leads to us lose sight of where our needs fit in our own lives. A reset, basically, making time to reflect on our own feelings and taking time to assess where we are in terms of our own needs, is just plain healthy. Kinda like the pre-flight reminder to put on our own oxygen masks before helping others.... Sigh, I don't even have the excuse of having children, but I still need to remember that I need to put myself on my own to-do list!

I'm 63 and have had at least 4 resets in last 8 years. I hot divorced and moved to a house in different city. 5 years later I sold house and moved to apartment. A year later I moved to a different state to be with my daughter. While with her, I have had 4 surgeries, retired, and we moved to a ground-floor apartment. And I'm considering considering moving back to my old state. So yes, making big decisions to improve your life is still a thing after your 30s! I haven't finished watching the "reset" video, but I'm looking forward to it. I'm having mobility issues (using walker and can't drive), and will need more medical tests to determine the issue. I struggle daily with feeling hopeless, so I feel that i need a daily reset! I'm sitting outside in sunshine right now, and that always helps. Getting dressed and doing small chores also helps. And - watching positive videos and talking to my people helps too. Thanks for all your content. You are one of the positive voices in my life. Sorry you had to go through a hard time, but thanks for sharing your story and encouraging so many!

51 here, mom to 5! I don't believe in New Year resolutions or yearly re-sets because I feel setting a "date" (I will start in the New Year or I will start next month. is just an excuse to put things off). I am a HUGE believer in checking in on myself quite frequently (at least once a week) to see what I need to work on, where I am emotionally and physically (yes, our physical health is just as important as our mental health) and to set my next steps. I've learn that time passes way too quickly to make plans for the future. I rather work on my day, today.

53 and married and glad for the multiple resets through my life. Great ideas! Please share the Wheel of Life that you did. I like that it looks kind of like an decagon spider web. 😊🕸 I appreciate the "eat the frog" idea and it doesn't work for me. I'm an "eat the ice cream" person, meaning I need to allow myself to do a couple easy things first to get some wins and then I can eat the frog. Otherwise, I just feel overwhelmed and frozen and don't do anything. bleh. Yay for the wins!
