@UncleJessy I bought the Neptune 3 Pro but like many others I'm having issues with the bed leveling. I changed the plastic spacers to aluminum, as the plastic was softening and warping. I've trammed the X-Axis, checked the V-wheels, belts, and every nut and bolt. My bed is pretty flat with just a couple high spots. Something the ABL should be able to compensate for, but it doesn't. I'm talking high spots smaller than 0.07mm according to the mesh. I can get adhesion across the board, and a perfect first layer in small localized areas. This was after much adjusting and tinkering. I'm talking I spent hours and days on this. But I still cant get a perfect first layer across the whole thing. With large prints I have areas where it's under extruded and there's gaps between lines, and other areas the nozzle is too close and it's squishing so close it's causing ridges and transparent layers. Many others on Reddit are reporting the same issues and Elegoo support is no help. They just send the same response to tighten everything and run ABL. Whats your experience with the level of consistency across the board for the first layer? Would love to get your experience on it since you seem to really love the Neptune series of printers. Thank you!!

With the latest rage of Klipper, I'm surprised they're not offering it. So questions, is there any sort of gantry leveling such as Anycubic's Vyper that has double photoelectric limit switches on the Z axis to self level. Is the Z driver a single split, or two separate z drivers so you can enable gantry leveling? Gantry leveling is probably the most important feature I look for anymore in a printer as I only level the bed itself for maintenance reasons after months of printing without issue.

Heck, the machine is stock and I can load my files, click print, and walk away. I just ordered one. Compared to the Anycubic Kobra, Sovol SVO6 or Mingda Magician, this printer is slightly better. The Neptune is larger than the Kobra and SV06. The SV06 doesn't have a color touch screen. Elegoo includes a run out sensor, a nice touch at this price point. The Neptune is also slightly larger (x/Y) and taller. I did want a printer that could print higher temps, but I wasn't willing to spend more on a Mingda or compromise with the Sovol SV06. I really considered getting an Anycubic Kobra since Ben Heck and Adam Savage have a Kobra Max, but the Neptune 3 being taller and having an included run out sensor sold it for me at the same price. Also, I didn't like that the Kobra has a CR-Touch style leveling probe offset from the nozzle far enough that some people complained that the sensor needed adjusting till it auto leveled properly (something I didn't want to deal with). With all the positive/glowing videos on YT about the Neptune printers, I'm really excited to get mine.

Nice printer but as you also said in the video, I would like a larger print area. There are now hundreds of printers of this or similar format. I don't have a fdm yet, I'm tempted by Bambu lab X1, but even in this printer the print area is relatively small. An interesting size is that of the Prusa XL, that is 360x360x360 mm, not gigantic but not too small. Some action figures that I printed in resin (Elegoo Saturn), were around 30/35 cm tall, so that 1cm more that the XL has is comfortable to have.
