A tip I can suggest if you think you’ve ruined a painting, look back at some old art. Like, really old art. Stuff before you knew proper anatomy, or when you were just starting out. Then look back at your current painting, the one you think you’ve ruined, and imagine showing it to your younger self. Whenever I imagine this, I can think of how far I’ve come and that no matter what, I’ve at least improved. And my younger self, if they were to see it, would be proud.

I honestly feel you on the erasing! I hate how I am constantly erasing and redrawing the same thing over and over, and getting nervous on how much my paper can hold. I definitely feel less alone seeing such an amazing artist as you having similar struggles, making art feels difficult even with my art style being simple. You're awesome!
@lexacharms11 күн бұрын
A cool idea that I learned for traditional art to save my paper from all the erasing is to ink digitally and then use a light pad or a window on a bright sunny day to transfer the printed out digital sketch to fancy paper. Hope this helps! This piece came out amazing! 🩷

@@ssavaart I personally enjoy many artists such as Camileon, and Ten Hundred who take you through the process of painting, and what it is like. Another fun video format is trying things or starting projects with different mediums, and then doing a larger project at the end (similar to Jazza). You are so talented, so I don't think that you would have to do an entire "The Alliance" painting each time, but rather show us your process from the initial idea to the very end (including your struggles and successes). I think that something kind of in between your lives, and your shorts would be really cool! I believe, that you can follow these similar formatts, while also creating your own thing. Your own style of video that is different than everyone elses. I can't wait to follow your proccess as you explore the new world of long form videos. Good Luck!

I'm a fan of greek mythology and I wish there would be more cool and epic art of them in new styles, not just old statues... but I can never realy find annything I like, exept fot the art of wolfy the witch and viria. Watching this video reminds me of when I had to do a project of perspective art (I find perspective very difficult), and how I solved my distaste for drawing perspective, by drawing a robotic dragon. It took me so many re-tries to get it to work, but I got it to. Seeing other artists struggle to get something right many times really makse me feel better, like im not the only one who struggles with these thongs. Sadly I don't have the piece anymore, because it was on my old iPad 😭😭. Maybe I'll redraw it one day

about the dragon thing: a dragon is a dragon. doesnt matter if it has two wings, no wings, three wings, five wings, it’s still a dragon. if dragons were real, we would be able to do something like taxonomy, but since theyre fictional creatures, call them what you want. most think a dragon like mushu is an eastern dragon and dragons with no wings are lindwyrms, but theyre still just…dragons! it’s your dragon, call it a wyvern or dragon if you want ❤

In your drawing it definitely would be considered a Dragon. As it walks quadrupedally and breathes fire. A wyvern on the other hand would walk bipedally, not be able to breathe fire, and have a poison stinger on the tail.
