I have to say this Meat & Greet idea is bomb 💣 I've been following you guys since you guys did those first reactions. I recognized Brian from watching the Food Network for years. Didn't realize that I watched Frenchie until you talked about his episode with Bobby Flay also. I went back and watched for him. My Mom was a chef in the late 70s and 80s. At home, by default, I was her assistant. So I always loved cooking. In a previous episode, you guys talked about the hierarchy in chefery. I learned that from my Mom, she ran kitchens in local restaurants. I'm glad you guys are explaining industry things that most people don't know. I'm loving the podcast and the addition of Whang! is awesome! Been a following him for years lol 😆 My interests are pretty all over the place. Not to mention I'm also a former musician lol I played keys, bass, and guitar for about 20 years 😅 but I was never better than dive bar cover band stuff, so obviously I went into being a tax preparer 😅 but still a metalhead 😂 again a meme at this point but my favorite band is Cradle of Filth. I was the weird goth girl in the 90s who smoked clove cigarettes, drank hot totties, and baked ginger snap cookies for her black metal cover band 😂 still going to see Cradle every tour, 2-3 shows a tour lol now I'll have to see your restaurants when I'm in NY to see them. 🤘stay metal fam!

Chef Brian, I love the idea of a collaboration between you, Chef Paul, Justin Whang and Jorden with Guga and Nigel Ng (Uncle Roger). An epic BBQ at Guga’s would be amazing. The reaction videos which have relevance to me are the ones where the reactor(s) are adding value content to the videos. What I loved most about your early reaction videos to Uncle Roger reaction video was that your explanations complemented Nigel Ng’s commentary very well, far better than other reactors. Whenever I think of the difference between Chef Brian’s reactions vs. Sssniperwolf’s reactions I just think of how they’d react to a voiceless Tiktok of mirepoix. Chef Brian Tsao: “Okay, I see some onions, carrots, and celery here. i subscribe to James Makinson's channel. and i appreciate both of your points of view during your reactions. yeah, your pro chef reacts channel and his are similar, but you each have a different perspective because you both came up in the cooking world in different ways. you both (and a few other reactors) deserve more recognition because you call out nonsense, you call out bad technique, you praise when they are correct, etc. neither of you just say "that's disgusting", or "that's fantastic". you both take the time to explain the why behind the comment. It's kinda like a local news channel - they report the big happenings, but then focus on the bits that are particular to their area. different viewpoints + more information = everyone wins. also, i wouldn't mind if you and frenchy would comment more on the drinks you have during your shows. i'm always looking for new beers, wine, and spirits and would love to hear your opinions on the ones you drink. get fat, my friends.

I know this will probably come off a bit pompous but Issac Newton said "...the only reason I have seen as far is that I was standing on the shoulders of giants", which meant he worked off the previous works of scientists and thinkers. It kind of stretches to youtube and cooking. In cooking unless you have restaurants around the world you can't serve everyone everywhere so someone copying your recipe in a different area is not that bad. And using someone else's material to and make changes to it and rebroadcast it on your channel should be allowed because you are just profitting on some else's work.

Sniper Wolf is a self admitted narcissist though. And the think about narcissists is, they CAN'T feel bad about doing whatever it takes to win. Hence them often being highly successful people. My wife's parents are a narcissist and a covert narcissist, and I will tell you now. You cannot ever expect them to change. A narcissist won't care about changing because they don't feel bad at all, and a covert narcissist won't change, but the therapy will help them hide their manipulations better. (Basically, one an overt narc only cares about their success, and a covert narc only cares about what people think of them) But yeah, my wife sums it up as adults who never stopped being children. A good book if anyone reading this wants to take a step towards healing is, "Actually Children of Emotionally Unavailable Parents".

You know how youtubers do tours and shows, you could host a dinner! You can have limited seats for the beginning, put out the menu like a tour poster, sell tickets. Then when this thing gets big (and it will, great content, subs will come soon) book out the whole restaurant And when it gets even bigger, you "tour" different cities aka do these in other cities. I also like the door idea, let people see the studio then invite them in turns. Love the content, you're going places my friends.

1:00:25 I used to loooong ago used to be a fan of sssniper, but never saw azzylands videos. I get you don’t understand their content, but obviously kids and some adolescents/young adult like it. So it’s popular for a reason, but I feel like I would’ve rather back in the day got more into azzylands videos when I was into that type of reaction content long ago; because sssniper was not as good or original as azzylands. Sure it wasn’t the best, but you can actually see the effort azzyland does compared to the plagiarism sssniper is doing!! Azzyland gets an A, and sssniper get an F with potentially getting kicked out of school levels of stealing without making it original.
