Frencie is absolutely correct. The chemistry you two have made the videos with you two an "instant hit" for me. Love Frenchie, but I am sure all viewers will agree that we love Chef Brian just as much. I don't mean this in a bad way but you two combined is like a classic comedy duo. the "clown" (Frencie obviously) and the "serious" one or feeder by lack of better word (it might have a name in English but I don't know, English is a second language to me). You two might become internet legends if you keep this up.

Chef Brian, even before you added, Frenchy, and he’s a great addition, I followed this channel, because I always learned something about cooking that I didn’t know. Lots of people were tempted to react to Uncle Roger, but you added all kinds of information that I found useful. You’re a chef and you’re a professional and I found that interesting and valuable information. Frenchy brings much the same kind of material. Plus he is just awesome in some incalculable way. I don’t think you have to worry about your reaction videos. I learned a lot in your discussion about restaurant echelons. So, please keep going and don’t worry about whether or not you’re not providing enough transformative material. I can’t watch the stuff about Jack, though. It brings back memories of food poisoning.

One part you left out is that during the Christmas period, he was supposed to visit a little girl suffering from terminal cancer. The girl's mother had contacted Lia to make her daughter's wish come true. The woman didn't think Lia would respond, but she tried anyway. Lia replied that the little girl's wish would be granted. 1 - She never went to the little girl. 2 - Not even a video call, if he really couldn't move from where he was. 3 - She was out for dinner, when she was supposed to be with the little girl. When the girl's mother (who is now dead) had no news, she tried to call and text her (Lia had given her her number to contact her). After that, Lia had the nerve to say that the woman, with a daughter on her deathbed, was "harassing" her, when the woman was only asking her for a date. Keemstar started talking about the story. (And as much as Keemstar is quite "hated" by many on KZbin), in that case he was right, and I'm 1000% sure he would have moved heaven and earth, if a woman with her dying daughter had asked him to to visit her, because it was her daughter's last wish. Keemstar, who is a father, would have taken the first available plane and would have arrived at the end of the world, just to make the little girl happy. Some people are seen by what they do, not by what they say on the Internet. Even H3, as much as I 99.99% disagree with him, would have done the same thing... Lia (aka SniperWolf) is a bad person. He also insults wolves, who are magnificent and majestic creatures.

Y'know, you guys, Guga, Weissman, maybe some of the BBQ guys, Sam, everybody in the YT food community, should start, like, a Justice League of Food, under the sign of the crossed Spatula, Whisk, and Tongs. I would love to see a round table of foodies, discussing issues and setting projects or collective efforts. Maybe a couple of times a year. That would be really cool. You all have so much passion about cooking and industry issues. And between you all, a vast collective following. You might be able to alter practices, or create new trends, or who knows? Food heroes. I dunno. What I do know is that Chef Frenchy needs a cape. Blue, maybe, with gold and silver piping. And a raccoon-style, eye mask -- much better than the Nacho Libre one. (And fyi, it's not African Lions that can jump so high, but rather Mountain Lions, cougars, that can do a five meter vertical leap.) Tolls have always been used by isolationist, Condo Board/HOA mentalities, turning higher infrastructure, higher value areas into gated communities. It's elitist and fundamentally unAmerican, as far as I'm concerned. If something is built or maintained, for or by public money, it should be freely available to any and all of the public. If city money goes to the streets, the police, the services, any of it, it belongs to the public, not to anyone with the authority to wall it off. It's sort of protoSwatting, but back in my misspent youth in the '80's, we would call in bomb threats to our high school to get out of tests. Chef Brian, would you take a transatlantic blimp cruise? Lastly, just one word: Quicheburger.

I love having Frenchie involved, but there wouldn't be a channel without the amazing Chef Brian Tsao! I lived in Italy when I was young (around age 8-10) and got into cooking because there was this house with these two little old ladies on my way home from school and they'd grab me up and sit me down to watch them cook. I didn't speak Italian, so was learning the language through food. Those two ladies loved food so much and it just solidified a passion for food in me. It was my first time overseas and i was in an area that didn't have many Americans so I was dealing with a lot of culture shock and just felt out of place...and those ladies and their food made me feel welcomed and loved. Food has been my love language since!

The difference between swatting and calling in a gas leak: The latter is a major inconvenience for sure, but the former (swatting) involves armed police officers who believe you to be an active threat kicking your door down and pointing guns at you. It should be noted that even if no swatting is involved (in Jack's case, he was able to inform his local PD that his address had been shared with potentially malicious actors and that swat calls may come in on their end and was luckily corroborated by the vast news coverage of it), but now think of the numbers: 5 million IG followers. We can pretty safely assume these 5M are among the most "loyal" of her 30M+ YT followers, which means _they_ probably hate Jack as much as SniperWolf does. Even if only 10% of those IG followers saw the post before it was taken down (10% is a reasonable subscriber-to-live-view ratio for livestreamers), that's still 500k who know his address now (even if we exclude the portion of her 36M that would have sought copies of the post after the fact). Of those 500k that saw it, if 99.9% of them are perfectly sane and understand "reasonable" boundaries, that still leaves 0.1% (500) who don't. Of those 500 who don't understand reasonable boundaries, even if 99% don't have reasonable means to act on it (i.e. people who live in other states/countries, or who don't have the means to do malicious acts), that's still 1% (5) who DO have means to do harm. That's 5 lunatics with the means and motive to do harm, which is 5 too many.

For me, reaction videos are valid and enjoyable when it has one of the 2 elements, either be an expert or be funny. That's why when I'm in a mood for bad/good cooking reaction, I always go to Chef Brian Tsao, Chef James Makinson , and Nigel Ng channel. Sometimes I also in the mood for military things so I go to army/former army reaction vids.

I don’t think you need to worry about your channel, chef Brian. I’ve learned a lot from your reactions on what people did wrong and how you would change it to fix the dish. Or something that seems insane (boiling food in plastic bags) is actually a cooking method. I had no idea until you said it. So yeah, you add a lot to your reaction vids. It’s not stealing. It’s just not reacting, It’s commentating as well. Also, I had no idea you had a podcast with chef Paul until now! 😍 You should promote it on the main channel.

Frenchy perfectly stated how I feel about a lot of react content. It's not ever truly transformative, it just feels lazy. The best react channels are always the ones that can offer a unique perspective or some sort of expertise on the subject. Which many don't. Caleb rocking that full on Creed "Weathered" t-shirt at 34:35 😂 Amazing. Frenchy's revelations and being in the know all by himself throughout this video is making me clap rapidly in proudness lol.

33:21 maybe a little bit of both, but it’s basically like a academic essay; although in video KZbin form!! You react to it, and you cite your sources!! In a academic sense, she is claiming something is hers; when the quote she’s using as a argument isn’t cited. That would get you in academic probation or kicked out of school, and depending on what you do worse!! In the KZbin would it’s similar, but she didn’t get in trouble for a while!!

As a singaporean, charging the public to deter people from using their own transport would only work if public transport in and out of the city, and within the city is so good that they can rely on them, that includes trains, buses, etc. I've been to New York, and boy oh boy the public transport is bad.... it's no where near singapore's level. IMO it's just a cash grab. They literally have to overhaul and redesign everything to make it as convenient for the public as possible, which I don't see it happening any time soon.

But the price ranges from: 0.8 dollars to 2 dollars in increments depending on the time of the day. Also, the fee will not trigger multiple times in an hour, so on a normal commute etc it will only be paid once. 23 dollars is just moronic.
