Lovely Job Schnuz, Amaizing that it turns into a different beer if brewed to 35 pints. Seems like it should be on the looney tap. 30 Pints omg lol

Many thanks for watching and commenting and I didn't think that five pints would have made such a difference but it was so much more in every way. I even had to re-watch the vid I made on the 40 pinter as I was doubting myself. It was slightly loopy juice though so if I did it again I would revert back to 40 pints as even that was good. Stay safe and well, SIR, cheers, Schnuz.

Many thanks for watching and commenting and it is quite surprising what 5 pints difference does to both flavour and ABV. Stay safe and well, SIR, cheers, schnuz.

"There's something about this that's so black, it's like, how much more black could this be? And the answer is none. None more black." - Nigel Tufnel / Spinal Tap.😆🤣Interesting differences btw the 35 & 40 pint batches. Nice to see both are good. Plum Porter sounds so nice, and after viewing several such videos the last six months, I'm keen to brew one up using my basic Porter recipe with some Special B malt (5 - 10%), and plum-forward hops like Glacier. And of course, actual plums and possibly plum essence. Thanks for the inspiration. Cheers!🍺🍻
