This workout is great! I like all of your workouts that I have done so far. I would suggest a warm up and cool down with stretch to make the workouts complete.

Wow, I only had time to due the first circuit of this workout and thought it was pretty easy. I know I am totally going to feel that pain tomorrow. I can totally feel it now in my entire core. Great workout.

Great workout. I would stress though that someone that doesn’t have great balance or is overweight maybe shouldn’t try the leg extension over the ball, knee bent on a chair might be a safer solution.

I just did this as well. Loved it!! I didn't feel like I burned that many calories, but I've been doing other exercises before I found this. I just wish I didn't feel like my stomach was in my chest after I did this circuit. LOL.

Even after the first round with tutorials, I had trouble in rounds 2 and 3 when the narrator didn't give any indication when a move was about to end/begin, so I felt like I had to be balancing on my ball, and also looking at my computer. Just a warning to others. The moves themselves were tough but good.
