Love it. Making my body strong and abs pop, but can only do one circuit for now. Not bad for 53 yrs of age. Proud of myself. Thank you for helping me stay fit while working as a geriatric nurse during the pandemic. Cheers from a 🇨🇦.

This workout is great! I like all of your workouts that I have done so far. I would suggest a warm up and cool down with stretch to make the workouts complete.

tnx 4 gr8 workout. pple gotta remember 2 warm up n cool down. otherwise its gonna ache like crazy the next day....

Yeah I completed this I am so HAPPY!!!! This will be my number one Workout. Love the Stability Ball. Was wondering can you bring a Video workout something that I miss so much THE HOLA HOOP I can't keep the hoop up around my waist out of shape. That would be and awesome workout!! Thank You

Wow, I only had time to due the first circuit of this workout and thought it was pretty easy. I know I am totally going to feel that pain tomorrow. I can totally feel it now in my entire core. Great workout.

Great workout. I would stress though that someone that doesn’t have great balance or is overweight maybe shouldn’t try the leg extension over the ball, knee bent on a chair might be a safer solution.

What diameter is your ball? It looks massive!!! Just wondering. I think mine is too small perhaps for some of these exercises (I know height is important, and I cannot tell how tall you are). Thanks.

+SirDjDan Nooo! I am still doing sometimes these type of workouts. But I do rather HIIT workouts. Anyway, I use a lot this ball for ABS. In fact, today is my ABS workout time :)

I just did this as well. Loved it!! I didn't feel like I burned that many calories, but I've been doing other exercises before I found this. I just wish I didn't feel like my stomach was in my chest after I did this circuit. LOL.

Even after the first round with tutorials, I had trouble in rounds 2 and 3 when the narrator didn't give any indication when a move was about to end/begin, so I felt like I had to be balancing on my ball, and also looking at my computer. Just a warning to others. The moves themselves were tough but good.
