Wow Karen you make this seem so easy. It is not as easy if you are not used to the stability ball. It was so hard for me. I need to really control my stability. My husband says I'm fighting the ball too much...( Yet he didn't even attempt to do this video). The bridge and leg extension was so hard for me to do on the ball. But the last part, for more that I tried, I just couldn't get the ball to stay put. It goes sideways so I didn't get to do it. That is the most challenging move for me. I have seen it in previous videos and have not been able to do it also. Guess I have a lot of work to do. Loved the arms and abs workout with the stability ball which is what I could do well. You do such a great job with the stability ball, keep doing different workout for us and challenging us all the way. I can't thank you enough.

Great feedback. Safe this one to do and you will definitely see progress. Really think of lifting you belly button in when laying face down on ball and make sure the glutes are engaged. You will get it!

I'm an aging fitgirl with ligaments and joints failing every day it seems...I'm in training for a new nursing gig (ICU has done me in) and my hip screams after a day sitting - and I"m too tired to do a workout - but THIS was perfect!!! Got the job done, felt mobile and stretched out...Thank you!
