Tell it to her, make her believe you love her with this how you treat her ! I'm in pain, cuz my husband is an asshole. I was trying so hard but it was always not enought. When I decide to fight for me I've heart a lot of shitty stuff from him. And now when I said I wanna divorce he is still in the same statmant that it is all my fault even if I was saying all I want is you to care about me, help with kids and home chors, to listen to me not making jokes or critisize all my hobbies my music that is all I ever wanted. All he thinks about is himself. 😢 so treat her like she is the best you have because someday she will just walk away to take care of herself by herself. We are walking away not because we want, but because we are tierd to be alone in a marrieg. To have a husband but still being a single mom.

staind is one of the most underrated bands I know, Aaron clearly doesn't care about his salary as long as he can express himself. with the emotion just bursting out of his throat it's hard not to be moved by staind's songs. sadly i currently can relate quite well to this song in particular because I had a conversation with my crush yesterday. She knows I love her, but she's n love with someone else, so I'm just sitting here waiting for a miracle so i can go on and chase my dreams

This video could have almost been based on my late husband's life long before we met. He left home at 14, was emancipated at 17, lived with family for a time, lived both on and off the streets for years, doing temp or odd jobs, some legal, some not. At times he had wheels, many other times all he had was well worn shoes, his thumb, & the hope that someone would stop & give him a ride. He hitchhiked back and forth across the country, sometimes sleeping in homeless shelters, sometimes on the streets. He always loved the ocean though & that's where he usually settled, on one coast or the other. However something brought him to the middle of the country and to my homestate, where I was blessed to eventually meet him & later realized I had found my soulmate, albeit a bit late in life, but he loved me & I him, still do. After almost twenty years together I lost the love of my life over 3 years ago. Not a day goes by that I don't miss him. Rest easy Shawn. 💔

The Illusion Of Progress is easily Staind's best album, in terms of lyrics. And it's currently one of my most frequently played albums. I just fucking love how Aaron can literally do anything... Metal, country, and slow stuff like this. It's just fantastic because you don't see very many artists that do that.

+Cody Martin Wow man congrats!! I used heroin for a few years after I got out of the Marine Corps/Iraq. I was using 10+ grams a day spending a fortune a day for a long while. I was 2 years clean on 4th of July & I still am amazed at it. It's a huge life accomplishment and you should always keep that in mind. I'm really glad you're clean & just make sure to keep the right people around. I recently found someone who accepts me for who I am as well as the mistakes I've made in the past. Having people around you who are aware of your struggles & supportive of your direction is I think the most important thing you can do. Don't ever be embarrassed or ashamed of your past. It's an important part of what has made you into the person you are today. I've never had an easy life but I can look back at each of the struggles whether they were created by myself or someone else and see each piece of my character that is worth keeping and relate it to one of those moments. I wouldn't change a single thing in my life past or present especially not those terrible moments that created what I am today. I hope you're the same way.

I watch this video over and over because it makes me think when you used to tell me stories of you as a young man who left it all behind to see the country and follow that next adventure. It would be years before you would finally settle down, but you did, and that's when God put you in my life to save me from myself. I'm thankful for those twenty years, but saddened because that was so little time with my true soulmate and best friend. It's only been eight months since I lost you, but it feels like a life sentence without you already. My wish for you Shawn is that you are now healthy and whole and can once again chase your dreams. I miss you so very much though & I will never stop loving you. Until we meet again...

This song fit the bill on how I was feeling, I feel like it was written for my situation. It really struck me. I never gave up and eventually found her 6 months later. It was a true miracle! Unfortunately, Breesy passed today. And I am heartbroken. This song helps, thanks for reading writing it- I can only imagine what happened to you to create this- I thank you for enduring and giving me inspiration to never give up, even in the darkest hour.

I saw Aaron in Montgomery Alabama as a solo artist. He sings with such intensity. You feel like he has lived or is close to someone who has lived through every song he writes. Country/Rock. I don't care for genre. I just like what I like and Aaron can get his point across to anyone. Great job on believe guys. I really relate as I am trying to kick now. Bout a month in and still going. Sad to say I am just starting to get back to work. My wife is trying to be supportive, but has never been an addict. Therefore doesn't understand fully what it is. What triggers you. The hurt from the past that is still apart of you. Believe is a song I can really relate to. Unfortunately so is Devil on Staind V. I love all Staind'd stuff. I love everything from the singles to the thrashing songs. I hope y'all keep em coming. I know Aaron has more in him. He showed us that with " Am I The Only One" "Everybody talks to God" and so many more I love the way he puts all of himself in his lyrics. Staind I would say is my all time favorite band. I will be listening for life guys.

At a time when I hit rock bottom in my life, I listened to this song a lot. It was therapy. It was a promise to pull myself out of that hole and that better days were ahead. The life I live today is so much happier, so fulfilled. I still cry when I hear this song, but now they're happy tears. I share this only to give anyone out there hope, no matter what you're going through - BETTER DAYS ARE AHEAD. Keep going.

Took my daughter back to her Moms today after 4 days together. I can be anywhere in the country making way more and seeing the world if I choose. She’s matters so much to me and her knowing that her Father loves her enough to stick around and be in her life that it’s all I can do. Everyone deserves a Daddy. I cannot fail. I will not give up. Daddy loves you Kei Kei💙

This song hits me so hard.....I'm a recovering addict I've relapsed a couple times now and I'm currently 16 days sober from everything. I was so weak to my addiction and it took me literally almost dying and losing my sanity for me to realize how precious life really is. Sometimes the weak become the strong!!! To my family believe in me I know you've waited for so long.....
