100%. Sucks you have the feeling YT isn't really going far rn, you totally deserve more views and I have no idea why it isn't working. I much prefer your style of also showing sideboarding and losses instead of only the cherry picked wins. Rotation proof decks are what keep me sane, ngl had quite the fear for this upcoming rotation (the first one I'll experience in active play) and loosing all my favourite decks like Azorius Artifacts Aggro. I hope to find some good ones to go into Bloomburrow (also hyped for the set; will be the first paper event I'll go to since Wilds of Eldraine).

I was the pirates deck at the end (which I’ve had a ton of fun playing)! That first game, my intent was to use Mishra’s Foundry as a blocker, but I missed activating it before blockers; looks like you had me beat anyway. The second game I think I only had lands, jittes, and cases in hand when I conceded. I guess I could’ve fought through the mites, but it seemed like the board state was unwinnable at that point.

Loved the deck. was wondering as a final BIG BANG before the big rotation you could do a Devilish Valet deck with Song of Totentanz and Awaken the woods. If you manage to make 6 tokens you end up with a 32/2 trampling devil which closes the game as soon as turn 4 or 5.

It's a very nice combo. I have been using a version of it for a few weeks now. I use Deepfathom Echo, as a way to get another chance at a second researcher, because it can copy it at the begining of combat. But I didnt use the cauldron, and I see that it would be much better.

game designers going "haha, hexcatcher is balanced bc sacrificing a merfolk for a counter spell is a steep price" and then proceed to give us a silly infinite merfolk token engine. I'm not complaining tho, I love silliness and merfolk. even better when it's rotation proof!

Simic is based, Azorious is the way to go. Halo Fountain for more untapping, Cloudsteel Kirin for delay, Tameshi to bring back Pilgrimage and the previously mentioned artifacts... I'd link a decklist, but YT has a habit of hiding it as spam.
