Great workout Gaby! My arms and legs are feeling it! I have some issues with the hip openers, so I modify them as I can.

Hello there! 🙂 I always recommend consulting your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. 💖 These include a step jack, avoiding a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are performed at your own pace, so you can work at a suitable level! 💪 It's also great to hear that it works for you. Keep it up! 🥰

If you can't follow the exercise, you can modify them according to your fitness level, @graceedgar5960! ❤️ Use supportive props like yoga blocks or a wall for balance if needed. Start with gentle variations and gradually progress to deeper stretches as you build strength and flexibility. Keep up the dedication! You've got this! 😊💪
