Hello there! 🙂 I always recommend consulting your physician before starting any new exercise program, but I offer many modifications for my exercises. 💖 These include a step jack, avoiding a full knee bend, or using something to hold onto (like a counter, chair, bedpost, etc.). Also, the workouts are performed at your own pace, so you can work at a suitable level! 💪 It's also great to hear that it works for you. Keep it up! 🥰
