I’ve just enjoyed the 9 minute stretch. Could you do more of these short videos for people with fatigue problems? 10 mins is the most I can do before fatigue kicks in.

I just wanted to say thank you Rachel! I went through chemo during the lockdown and am now on to my radiotherapy. I wanted to try Pilates to keep me active and was lucky enough to find your KZbin channel. It kept me active and positive during a hard time!

Loved it! I can't believe how quickly the 30 minutes passed. It's exactly what I need as I now approach 63 with a variety of painful, stiff body parts. I find the pace and tone of your spoken instructions perfect for my attention span/nervous system as well. Thanks so much, Rachel.

@@TheGirlWithThePilatesMat I was leary to learn pilates but you are such a graceful and gentle instructor that you made it so easy for me to learn. I find the standing postures a bit easier for me to do and after 3 months of dedication, I can put on my underwear 1 leg at a time without falling over! lol!

Brilliant classes I am so pleased that you do classes that are different lengths so I can choose how long I exercise for depending on my mood! I began doing the senior classes during the 1st Lockdown and am still going and feeling much stronger.

I love that you have routines of different lengths. When I have just a brief time first thing in the morning, I do one of your stretching videos. Doing Pilates daily has made a huge difference, eliminating pain and making me more flexible.

Hello Mark, I think the 60+ videos are a great way to start. Well done for taking the opportunity and being easy on yourself. As I always say when it comes to to our wellbeing slow and steady wins the race. Do take a look at the shorter videos too, I’d recommend a mix of the standing seniors and mat work for seniors for you. Daily sessions ate a great way to get into it a d these can be as little as 7 minutes or up to 30 depending on how you’re feeling. Well done and let me know how you get on 😊

I found your classes 2 months ago,WHEN I WAS LOOKING FOR PILATES FIR SENIORS,I am 61 always work out but After arthritis on my knees it became hard BUT YOUR CLASSES ARE SO GOOD FOR ME AND ON A HEALTH DIET,NO MORE PAIN!!THANK YOU SO MUCH🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️

Yes, it’d be great for a 20 year old. It’s ideal for days when you’ve been sitting a lot as it stretches the body, strengthens the legs, challenges your balance which strengthens the legs, ankles and feet and works the spine. You can’t do it anytime too as it’s nice and short. Let me know how you get on 😊

Hi Judy , thank for your message. I don't mention to keep the knees behind the toes because it's important to keep natural mobility in the knees, as long as someone isn't injured there is no stop the knees going forward or past the toes. Hope that reassures you xx
