Thank you so much for all your videos, they are helping me enormously. I was getting so stiff, finding stairs difficult and every day tasks challenging. I have been doing your sessions daily for the last six weeks or so and the benefits are truly transformational. Just done the hand exercises which I am sure will be hugely beneficial for my incipient arthritis in my fingers and may even keep it at bay. I am sure many people would find your exercises helpful. I am 68 and was thinking i was on the downward slope, but these exercise have enabled me to find again the sheer pleasure of being able to move easily. Thank you again, PS - Your dog is very cute!

Thank you SO much for all of the effort you put into sharing these workouts with all of us. I found pilates in my early twenties and absolutely loved it. 12 years ago I had a neck injury and surgery that left me with permanent spinal cord damage and a nice long list of neurological and muscular problems, all tied up with a big bright bow of chronic pain and fatigue. I have been absolutely ecstatic to find your channel. With your senior workouts I can actually do pilates again, as all of the moves are safe for me to do, or easy for me to modify. Your explanations of body positioning etc are always extremely helpful. And your encouraging yet calm personality helps me get through the movements, and not feel defeated if I am having a day where I can't quite get there. Thank you SO SO much. Much love !!

Lovely session, just a little wonky on my part deciding whether to double my light band or not - I think my band is a little shorter than yours! I agree, those elbows back exercises were tougher - not hard or painful, just awkward. Thanks for your explanation in the chat, always helpful! Thank you for a wonderful and useful session. One suggestion (since I got a resistance band specially for this 🙃, why not included a few minutes of exercises with the resistance band in other routines? What would be so good. Overall, you can't imagine how much better I feel now that I do your sessions regularly.
