Join me for a 10 minute Standing Strength Workout with optional weights to help you build muscle mass, strength and tone in your entire body. It also features balance challenges, leg, glute, arm, shoulder and core work. This session will increase muscle mass, strengthen your bones and burn fat and is so quick you can squeeze it into any time of day. And it's osteo friendly. I am using 2kg weights equivalent to four and half pounds each. You can go lighter or heavier as you wish, and you can do it without weights as I created a session that works both with and without weights. Suitable for all ages and levels.
