Welcome to your 20 minute standing yoga flow. This class focuses on standing and balancing postures that will build strength and flexibility in a mindful way.
No knees, hands or wrists required! This sequence is perfect for fussy knees or wrists, no mat, or small spaces!
It is suited to all levels of practice, although a complete beginner may find some of the transitions a little challenging.
This full body yoga routine includes a variety of strong standing postures, balances, gentle backbends and hip openers for a well balanced practice you can come back to as often as you like.
