Yea, that'd be awesome. However, the lights should shut off for maybe a maximum of 10 seconds and then the city's backup generators kick in. All non-essential things would be offline until the electricity is restored back to normal.

i think it could work, but it will need more preparation. as said before if done alone the effect will be negligable as backup generators will kick in. however because of the nature of star citizen and the item container system, those generators backing their respective area are physicaly present somewhere. so if you where to sabotage those generators, you could power down a certain area for much longer, allowing you to carry an illegal act while under cover of the black out.

The Avenger framework as a whole has been redone. It wasn't a case of "releasing an upgraded model" but a case of "the current Avenger is legitimately too small and cramped and it needs to be reworked". All Avengers as of this time are being upgraded to the new size. Whether they decide to release "compact" ones in the future is unknown but as of right now, what we know is that all Avengers from here on out are larger.

We don't know yet. CIG has presented conflicting information and practices regarding that matter thus far. Take the Avenger Renegade variant, for instance - at least, before the rework. Now most Avenger Renegade owners want their darn Advocacy decals back, obviously. lol

It was probably just for show/cinematic quality. That's all there was to it, most likely. After all, Delamar isn't supposed to be in the Stanton system. So it was just a placeholder for cinematic effect, not that we're getting Crusader and Arc Corp so close together for when Arc Corp's released.
