Great list, and it's nice to see that all the federation founding members (A,T,V, - humans, of course) are included. Ps: The letter B is always a tough one. Excuse my missspells. Great presentation. I don’t remember how or if they resolved those ‘Pakleds’, appearing as ‘mentally challenged’ 4 year olds actually had the ability to fly a spaceship, they looked like they would fall off a tricycle 😂

They've been made the prime villain in the finale of ST: Lower Decks S1 and much of S2. Didn't became a lot smarter, just more openly aggressive and less subtle.
