You know, I never noticed how much Data gets injured on any given episode and almost always while he's trying to help people overcome some sort of problem! I guess that just goes to show that nobody wants his help no matter how much he tries! ( If he wanted to help me, I'd gladly accept it!)❤💋

Data can be too kind for his own good. He's lucky he's an android and can't feel physical pain. I cringe at the part where he got his skin ripped off with a pitchfork. If he were human, he would have been drenched in blood and disfigured. I couldn't bear to see anything happen to Data's beautiful face!

i'm a bit confused on how data got overpowered and dismantled by a couple guys when he's shown to be able to throw people across a room before? can someone give context on that scene?

It was basically a dream sequence. Don't want to spoil rest of the episode, I highly recommend watching the show!

Nah, Data would win. Their durability and strength are comparable, but Data edges out an advantage is almost every other category. Plus he has extensive tactical and strategic knowledge. Data's greatest advantage is his ability to think and absorb information faster than the Terminator. We've seen Data read entire books worth of information screen by screen with each page only appearing for a fraction of a second.

@@imofage3947 not sure your examples outclassed the t800. But the one where he bends that metal bar is impressive. He is SUPPOSED to be more durable but they make him seem fragile AF sometimes. Also why read when you can download?

@@Hoopfan83data would outsmart him. And bending the bar has some crazy calculations. It puts him at 580150 pounds per square inch in force.
