@@kylobenren8636 As cool as it would've been to see Maul in the game... he never went back to Dathomir after he was revived by the Nightsisters. however, Fallen Order 2 would have to include Maul if Merrin has a more important role & because both Maul and Merrin are the last of their people. Merrin would probably try to get Maul to join them, but Maul would refuse. However, as both Maul and Cal are against the sith, Maul would try to convert Cal as he did with Ezra. Who knows, maybe he'd succeed with Cal and that would explain why he would think he'd succeed with Ezra. Even if Maul doesn't succeed in converting Cal, he could teach a dark side ability to Cal that would be a new addition to the gameplay w/o needing flashback scenes. Oh, if Flashback scenes are a must... then we should have the V.A of Kanan Jarrus reprise his role as Caleb Dume & maybe even see Anakin, Ashoka, and/or Rex. However, those characters are only if the flashback scenes go further back into the Clone War.

The Maul mod would be perfect if they managed to replace Cal's voice with someone that can sound as close to Sam Witwer's Maul as possible. We'd also have to come up with a new universe where the Sith are the Jedi & the Jedi are the sith. there's already a mod that has Clone Troopers replace Storm Troopers after all. The inquisitor outfits & Vader would remain the same... more or less. it's just their sabers that would need to be recolored.
