Wow. they must be hard to get. Unfortunately, I only have one vintage figure from 1983 in its original packaging...a B-Wing pilot. Short story (hope you don't know it yet!): In Germany there was a comic book series called "YPS" from 1975 to 2000 (with interruptions). There were goodies included with every issue. Issue #510 in 1980 included a Hoth Stromtrooper! The special thing was the second weapon that came with the figure...as far as I know it was only available in this combination. Check it out

We all have Google Translate so I don’t know why GLASSLITE is so difficult for others to pronounce. Phonetically speaking, it’s Glazz•Lie•Chee. You hang on the Z for just a second and then roll into Lie Chee. Now, altogether kids, “Glasslite”. I gotchu Mike 😉 Love the channel bro!!

Hello Mike, all I can say is wow. Some of those Droids figures are quite expensive. I was out of collecting Star Wars when the Droids and Ewok figures were selling. I was working at Toys R Us when these figures were out and the Kenner Star Wars figures were being marked down. I believe they were selling for just. 97 cents, if I remember correctly. 🤔 Thanks again Mike for taking the time to make this video, I appreciate it. I hope you and your family are doing well. Hi Mike. Great to see your collection is growing. It's a shame they didn't produce the White Witch but there was a proto type made it is in Ranch Obi Wan's collection. Always looking forward to more Kenner SW Droids goodness Mike. Seeing those legit Vlix figures out there is amazing. Of course, the prices on them make purchasing one fairly unrealistic for most collectors. Fortunately, the custom market has some pretty fantastic versions of him at more reasonable prices. So if you aren't opposed to filling that one with an accurate custom, you can definitely pick this guy up. Happy to see you were able to secure that beautiful Kez Iban coin for your collection. And Thall Joben!!! With card no less. Very cool Mike. The Droid collection is growing, but as you noted, the remaining figures are going to get more and more challenging and expensive to acquire.

Hey Mopar McNeer, I am having a blast collecting the Droids. I think the Vlix will have to be a custom at this point as the figure is as much as a car!
