So yeah I would say he roasted the game. Even though he praised certain elements of the game it was still a critical review

You will only fight the bad guys and steal from the bad guys" What a missed opportunity to have choices and build your own crime syndicate... I also want to mention the lack of weapons, you know it's bad when there's more choice in jedi survivor where your only choice is a light saber and a pistol. They couldn't have given us an arsenal of weapons like rifles, snipers, miniguns, swords, lightsabers, electric weapons etc...

2:47 The takedowns are so goofy in this game. A little girl knocking out a beyond-human elite soldier through a helmet that can take, like, ten blaster bolts from your pistol like its nothing. And that one is one of the "better" take down moves, one that doesn't look like a playground fight. And, yeah, the Death Troopers are jokes. They have the same brain-dead, half-blind and half-deaf AI as the others, only that they will occasionally throw a grenade or do a combat roll, but that doesn't make them more dangerous. The only reason they're "dangerous" is their health and that's it.

I have only experienced a couple minor glitches that were addressed by the devs........if you think you can make a better star wars game, then by all means go for it. I'm not being annoyed by you comment to me, everybody has their own opinion of the game. But, my opinion is from both sides. I've worked in the gaming industry, so I know how it is on dev side, I know how frustrating it is as a consumer too.

Plus, you need to look at the investors. They are the most likely to be the main reason why games aren't up to snuff, so to speak. Just look at the fiasco of cyberpunk 2077 as an example. That was all investors doing demanding their money. Ubisoft isn't exempt from that either. Anything that happens with my games, I don't go on KZbin and complain and bash the company who markets the game. I contact them and explain the issue and usually it gets fixed in a few days or weeks. Take the Division 2 for example. The dev team who originally developed the division 2, went on to another project. The replacement team wrecked the game every update for the last 4 years, one time erased a key code to the game, nobody at all could play it........16 hours later it was fixed. All I can say about star wars outlaws is, if youre not happy

@BlakKlaa2 theres a progressing bug that won't let you progress the game. So if you got the early access, you have to do a new save file with the newest version of the game. If you have over 24hrs of stuff done in 3 days, all gone. And you'll have to start over

Far cry 2, which was released in 2008 and was developed by ubisoft had better ai. Probably the best ai in ubisoft games. Would highly recommend far cry 2 to anyone who likes survival games

Look, this is why i waited for reviews. It's exactly like expected. It's a generic Ubisoft open world game with Star Wars sauce. If you know how Ubi develops their games, you just know it's going to be mediocre. They litteraly have a format for their games, which they always 100% of the time use for their open world games. These games end up being the exact same just with a different sauce. These games to me are fun because of the sauce. But that alone lasts me 4 tot 8 hours per game at max. If I don't like the sauce, it's not even possible to enjoy the game. There are other good games that have a sauce/setting I don't really like, but because the core gameplay is good, I can play that game. For example Valhalla, I liked that sauce, so the game lasts 4 to 8 hours for me before the gameplay just burns me out. Then you have a game like Mad Max where I don't really like the settings/sauce, but the game is fun enough to just finish it.

I'm getting tired of hearing people bashing this game or any game, like their opinion matters. It's star wars, it will sell. People will enjoy it. Besides, WTF do you make videos on a franchise you have nothing good to say about it (not saying the star bazaar) , I mean in general. Everybody who games on PC or console knows that once a games releases there are always "flaws" that'll be fixed in the future or even a few days or with the day one patches.
