​@@vargknightTheir armor is actually weak to blunt force trauma, it's designed specifically for defending against blaster bolts and is made out of a material called plastoid. It disperses the energy from a blaster bolt causing incapacitation rather than a fatal injury. The reason they all die in one or two hits is there's different grades of power cells for blasters. Plastoid penetrating bolt cells are outlawed by the empire but that doesn't stop people from buying them.

Offer us a few backgrounds to choose from and a fully customizable character and that would be so much more immersive, a la Cyberpunk. I'd love a Wildlands-esque experience with different classes to choose and the ability to create your own builds. I feel like this was a huge wasted opportunity.

Why cant they make a star wars open world game where you start off as a neutral player and depending on the decisions you make in game steer you in any direction you want , that being a Jedi, a smuggler (similar to this), or the evil route and become a sith lord. Finding all sorts of blasters and lighstabers, and force abilties all throughout the worlds. Only being able to use the lightsabers if you have taken the Jedi or Sith route. This would give the game so much more replay ability and variety!!

You know what would have made sense for a outlaw protagonist who can solo entire bases of enemy’s with out people noticing? Sev, from Republic Commandos. He already should have had a reason to hate the empire (He was left on Kashyyk). His ability to one shot storm troopers with his fists would have made sense (He has a knuckle blade made out of a really strong material). It would have been way more interesting if the two elite units of the sides during the Clone Wars we’re on the same team. And it could have been a semi realized sequel to republic commandos. Or this could have been a prequel to the actual sequel. And he would have heard about the destruction of Tantuss Base through his connections in the underground/ Rebel alliance. He would go looking to reunite the squad and it would have retconned Scorch‘s death in the Bad Batch finale. Just my thoughts and ideas since the people in the seats love using old characters.

I don't know why everyone is complaining. It's a fun game, especially for Star Wars fans. You can get Ubisoft Plus for $10 a month, play it, and then cancel it. I did the same for the Avatar game. People are being so harsh on this; realistically, a $10 game will prevent future open-world Star Wars games. People need to stop regurgitating what popular content creators say and think for themselves. It's not great, but it's not bad. It has some great moments.

I just want everyone to remember that instead of Star Wars 1313, an actual bounty hunter game like this one was promised to be, *and* a KoTOR remake we got this. It's not that this game is terrible, it's that other actually good Star Wars games were cancelled and all we got was this 5-6/10 meh game instead.

They are expecting to "exceed 5 million copies" with sales. Considering AC valhalla is estimated at 12-15 millon sold and Battlefront 2 was around 9 million, they're expectations arnt too high with this. Even though they have a "record marketing budget" behind it. I'll just wait till it's sub $20 in a year or two.
