I'm honestly quite surprised you've never seen this. It is so masterfully done. I can't praise this scene enough. My only minor gripe is the force push part looks a little off. But you can tell the amount of work that went into this. Mad props to the creator.

My headcanon is that this is how the fight actually happened and what we see in A New Hope is that theyre just going so fast that its all a normal person can see.

Obi wan was slow, but still very skilled. They wanted to have an honorable duel, and not try to feint attack/use the force to trick the other, so they had a very direct, honorable confrontation, like in the original version. That’s my headcanon at least

I love the SC38 Reimagined. You could feel Vader's hatred. He's not dueling. He's swinging with anger and rage. Every swing is meant to kill. At times, he's choosing to punch Obi-Wan instead of using the saber. He is Rage personified here and there is no doubt that he will win the fight this time time.

This remake has had a permanent place in my favorites since it was made. I have been trying to put it into a copy of the movie myself lol. It will be my family’s official copy. Seriously I don’t have the words to express how much I love this scene remake. It is amazing and beautiful work that obviously had a lot of passion behind it.
