But that's just a theory... which I hope this series either confirm or put to the rest once for all...

But that's Filoni's genius, he deliberately made them irritating, so that they would have room to develop and grow, so by the end of their respective series, both Ahsoka and Ezra were fan favourites, rather than making them Mary Sues who are too perfect, and have no way to develop.

I don't think they have inhibitor chips, because Tarkin says they are disobedient and don't follow orders. The inhibitor chips would also have lowered their aggressive behavior if they had them and they wouldn't be able to be The Bad Batch.

What do we have from the republic era for example? The clone wars and that’s about all.
