'To suffer silently or to suffer openly.' - one of the best comparisons between being a Jedi or a Sith. This sentence proves that the Jedi never focused on healing/restoring what was hurt/damaged. They rather have it hidden away and denied until the hurt ones inevitably fall, in this case Anakin.

The Jedi could have avoided so many needless mistakes if they had simply put down their egos and addressed the situations that forced them to turn to the dark side. It’s all about conviction! Appreciate you giving this video a watch
@Alexscofi6 ай бұрын
Was it their ego that caused the suffering in silence? My narcissism allows me to feel better because when I suffer I do it alone and don't impose it on anyone else?

What a beautiful analysis on such a complex character. Masterfully edited. Imagine if modern franchise writers understood their characters as much as you clearly do with Vader.

The thing is you can truly understand that both Luke and Anakin have so many similarities, yet he so very different, they both had such a passion for people, both kind yet impatient, as if dispite being two separate people, a powerful yet poisonous passion was fuel in their vains Although Luke was able to overcome his fathers sins two sides of the same coin 🪙

Wow... I thought I was good at english (it's not my first lanuage) but this video taught me otherwise... I have absolutely no idea, what the central message of this video is. I mean, obviously that means that this is a very high quality video and it probably took a lot of effort to make but... I feel bad for being so confused and not understanding a single thing xD
@SpacemanSR2 жыл бұрын
I’m sorry friend! The main message I want people to take away was that Vader was not simply just a bad guy for doing bad things; his actions and darkness were a result of his inability to control his own life. And he hates himself most of the time! I hope you found some enjoyment in the video :)

Luke, your dad was a paranoid schizophrenic. He heard voices and he followed the dark ones. My boss, and then I, trained him despite objections from our superiors. He committed various atrocities during this time; but he was also a skilled pilot and Jedi warrior so it balanced out. For some odd reason we (the Jedi) didn't free his mother from slavery... she eventually died and he held that against us... and the sand people. (Hmmm, he killed more of us than sand people in the end... but I digress) I'm just saying, Luke, he was a skilled and crazy bastard who should have died YEARS earlier. Shit would have been way different if we had never found him and Jar Jar... Seriously... Its all Qui-Gon Jinn's fault!!! -Obi-Wan Kenobi (Confessions of a "Jedi")
