I love how you absolutely nailed the Borg Collective voice. Also, an argument between the Borg and Thrawn is an awesome idea. Out of all the characters of Star Wars, Star Trek and so on, Thrawn would be the one character I would believe could be able to convince the Borg that the whole assimilation thing is flawed, and actually dissuade them from continuing it.

Kyber crystal are alive, The crystals exhibited a sort of "collective consciousness," verging on sentience, and could non-verbally communicate with both one another and living beings. The Borg are unable to adapt to bio organic weapon as presented by species 8472

Resurrected Starships u really need to get a fucking grip, the primitive star wars universe have no awareness of shield harmonics and certainly have no awareness of multi spectrum shielding, and these are basic star trek technologies, im not even bringing up the far more advance transphasic technologies such as shielding and transphasic Torpedos & phasers, regardless of how many gigatons of energy a turbo "LASER" puts out a star wars "LAZER" can't even penetrate a trek ships navigational deflectors LOL, so pull the heroine needle from out the side of ur fucking neck and sober the fuck up, cause a primitive star wars ship is about pre FEDERATION tech levels, a NX01 star ship is more advance, they wouldn't stand a chance against the Borg, the Borg wouldn't even want to assimilate them cause star wars is so primitive

nah Ressurected Starships, this is a cool storyline for sure. I'm curious from the force side of the perspective on this story as the force is something that the Borg never have encountered before. They could be walking into a trap of a magnitude beyond their collective control by attempting to engage and assimilate the Sith. The most powerful Sith overlords will would subvert control of the hive mind i believe and bend the Borg to their own whims and ambitions. Imagine Palpatine controlling the whole of the collective. He would suddenly be on par (and in some cases exceed) with powerful godlike force entities in the other parts of the extended star wars galaxy. He would no need to crush the rebel scum any longer also, all would join the darkside because rebellion is futile. For we are the Darkside. Prepare to be boarded. here is a a major reason why. i believe this could happen, a majority of technologies in the star wars universe is force enabled, enhanced by, tuned to force use. so adding that technology to the collective would be a bad thing for the Borg. Also the Borg's methodology and tactics would be a huge asset to the Darkside and all it has to do to achieve its goals is to assume control of the collective and overwrite the queen with the mind of someone like Palpatine. Palpatine is all encompassing... Something Richard Thomas may have foolish overlooked in his overzealousness. The Sith are very cunning in thier ways, and the Darkside itself even more so... Beware the Borg Deathstar and Borg Vader.

SHADOWWOLF77 Although 7 of 9 did state that the Borg don’t innovate, this is simply incorrect based on what we see onscreen. Unimatrix Zero actually shows the Borg engaging in a process of scientific investigation. Additionally, the Borg ability to “analyze and adapt” would be literally impossible without the ability to innovate. Therefore, the Borg’s stated inability to innovate should be written off as a gaff in the writing.

Personally, this would be an easy victory for the Empire for one reason that alot of people overlook. Transmission signals are the life blood of the borg, ECM is next to nonexistent in the Primary Trek universe. However every-time they have used signal jammers it has worked perfectly. Unfortunately for the Borg ECM is common place, its used in every single ship, some some ships having really advanced tactial jammers, the Death Star 1 and 2 had the most powerful tactical jammers that they even didn't give off a tell that they were in use exept that the sensors on ships or communications were blank, as opposed to have serious interference. The Empire would be bewildered as it is standard and common practice to use these systems, they would be shocked having they omnius cube ships floating towards them only to act dead, because they used ECM unknowingly cutting the Borg from the collective. Every single time they have been cut off it has been disastrous for the borg, the worst case has been them exploding and dying, most the time it knocks the drones painfully unconscious, and when they wake up they are scared and confused, because the collective is gone, they are alone. Sometimes they make a new mini collective, but they don't nessarily care out what they were intending, if I remember right they actually started doing their own thing when they were cut from the collective in Voyager. It is because of this weakness that I believe the Borg did not enter the gas cloud when they were chasing the Enterprise D down to capture Picard. Instead they depth charged it. We know from seeing SW Rebels season 3 with two TIE Interceptors and a TIE Defender chasing Gold Squadron into a not just a Gas Cloud, but a Gas Cloud forming lots of protostars, that their own sensors, ECM and ECCM is so much more robust because they didn't have interference from the nebula being super hot, and fluctuating with powerful radiation, heat, gravity, and magnetic fields. They even flew next too a proto star. Unshielded TIE Interceptors were nearly durable enough to fly completely through this nebula. However the Defender and A4 Y-Wings did, even after the Defender was ionized in the nebula.

Oh even excluding all that, Borg ships will have a hard time targeting and trying to teleport aboard imperial ships because of the ECM. If any Borg somehow did board, the ECM would immediately cut them off from the collective.

They stop or disrupt FTL Light sensors, lasers, Taychons, FTL Holonet transceivers, all radio signals, all subspace signals (Thats the key their since Borg use low frequency subspace signals for their collective) radiation sensors, gravity sensors, all life form detection and classification identification sensors, radar, sonar.

It be an interesting battle, I think with Palpatine or Thrawn in charge they’d arm their guys with flamethrowers, slug throwers. I wonder if they’d arm their ships with stuff like missiles and such. There’s a comic where the mon calamari use missiles on the empire as to bypass their shields. They could also use the Death Star to good effect as the borg can’t adapt to bio energy. If not the Death Star then bio weapons, in Star Trek nemesis the villain used some radiation weapon that in the books was suppose to be able to kill the borg

This is a war on two fronts. One in the realm of the physical Star Wars realm and the other in the Matrix of the Borg Hive mind waiting to happen. The ultimate contender and answer to the Borg will be not the Star Wars galaxy itself but rather the Darkside itself. The majority of technology through Sith lore is often force enabled and enhanced and imbued with Force from the Darkside throughout the main franchise and extended canon. Assimilation of these technologies would only further assist the Sith and the Darkside itself. In opens the door to Borg subversion to the Darkside. The Borg assimilation of these technologies would be a Trojan horse for it to take control of the Borg from within. The Darkside would assimilate and consume the Borg from within. Furthermore there are Sith with such powerful wills and minds that would be impossible for the hive mind to break and would actually be opening themselves up to the fall of the Borg control and usurped by the Darkside itself. The Borg has never encountered the force let alone the Darkside in all of it's existence. And this war rages in the Star Wars Galaxy, not the Star Trek universe. Though all new drone acquisitions from the SWG realm could possess force abilities and weak minds that would fall to the hive mind it would not give the Borg hive mind much if at all advantage over what powerful Sith minds willfully allowing the Borg to assimilate them into the collective where they would assume control from within in the long run. The real battle is between the Darkside itself and the Borg collective hivemind. And the victor likely will be the Darkside!!! Resurrected Starships please go tell the story!

It's a sad, sad day to see the Borg so badly nerfed and mishandled that a bunch of second rate technology and tactics destroys three cubes. Your first episode had so much going for it. I understand that certain aspects of Borg tech and tactics had to be toned down to give the Star Wars universe a chance. I feel you went too far and robed the Borg of their true role as the undefeatable demons of the Star Trek universe. One tactical cube at it's true strength would wipe out the Empire and gut the Rebellion in less than a month.

I am sorry I got sucked in by this inaccurate depiction of The Borg. The Borg wouldn't assimilate Ewok. They offer nothing to the borg. Lasers, turbo. Super or whatever in the Star Trek universe can't even penetrate navigation deflectors. The Borg would swarm through the Empire and assimilate it. BTW...Borg sensors would discover the death star weakness and put it out of commission.
