I keep laughing to myself thinking about Warwick's secretary in the episode where the go to look at a new flat; Warwick tells her; He wants the realtor to think he's a big shot actor and has "short arms and deep pockets" which comes from her as; "Oh, he has short arms and can't reach his pockets"...Then Warwick gets locked in the bathroom because he can't reach the knob...Hilarious.

Don't pay much attention to haters and critics. I don't usually pay much attention to them and now I am sure. I watched the whole series in single sit. And what a brilliant TV, omg it blew my mind how natural mr. Warwick's acting is. I can't believe ,I never watched his contents before. I have Ricky's all TV's and movies, and I thought it would be like this and it is like this but even much better imo. And now I am hunting all his movies and TVs . Obviously he was brilliant in willow and only because of that I started to watch life's too short.

+Samuel Newton Ok, I'l tell you... the black velvet jacket, the sculpted facial hear, the constant beard stroking like he's making some great philosophical argument. The past few years he just seems drowned in his own self-importance which has strangely coincided with a sharp downturn in the quality of his output. Derek and Life's too short have been incredibly poor and in the case of Derek just so misjudged, I mean what is he doing there? Pretending to be a mentally challenged person? Jesus christ! Plus his live standup releases have been on a steady downward curve too, reaching a nadir with Science with its hilarious 'fat people' jokes for half of it. To top it all off we now have the David Brent Movie on the way, even though he repeatedly said 'we can't go back to the office' (even in this interview!) but here we are. We all know it's a bad idea, as does Merchant who has had nothing to do with it. Gervais is now ruining something that was perfect, maybe the best sitcom character of all time, for a bag of money. So my opinion yes but... fuckin state of ricky gervais these days.

+sratus ALL of that is your opinion, not fact. It was always going to be impossible to keep putting out material at the same level as The Office and Extras. Any entertainer would and has and that includes musicians and bands as well as comedians. Invariably the best material is early on, but that doesn't mean people don't enjoy their later output which is the case with Gervais.

The offices - both UK & US - good - (I like US better). Life’s to short - Excellent. Extras - Good. Those other 2/3 series were not really that enjoyable. Tony Johnson, the grumpy dude that lost his wife and one about the “tard” , not funny really.

Beth Bollig The Office is my favourite thing in the world, quite literally. It's a work of art. Extras is close behind. And his stand up is brilliant, I really am a fan of Rickys, he just hasn't produced anything of real worth in about 7 years, in my opinion
